Le lancement de la production en s\u00e9rie est pr\u00e9vu pour d\u00e9but 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong><br \/>\nLes quartz sont utilis\u00e9s dans les circuits num\u00e9riques pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des signaux de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence extr\u00eamement stables, car les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s mat\u00e9rielles uniques du quartz garantissent une fr\u00e9quence avec pr\u00e9cision d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;elle est aliment\u00e9e par un certain voltage. La tendance s\u2019oriente vers des smartphones et des appareils mobiles de plus en plus petits et aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s croissantes n\u00e9cessitant des quartz encore plus petits et plus performants.<br \/>\nJusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, on supposait qu\u2019en de\u00e7\u00e0 d&rsquo;une certaine taille, les performances des quartz&nbsp;&nbsp; diminuaient \u00e0 cause de la miniaturisation puisque dans la m\u00eame mesure les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques, telles que la r\u00e9sistance s\u00e9rie \u00e9quivalente, \u00e9taient d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Kyocera est parvenu, avec l\u2019actuel CX1210 (1,2 x 1,0 mm) et d\u00e9sormais avec le nouveau CX1008 et sa taille extr\u00eamement r\u00e9duite (1,0 x 0,8 mm), \u00e0 diminuer la taille du quartz \u00e0 un minimum, tout en conservant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques. Ceci repose sur une nouvelle conception de la technologie, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en exclusivit\u00e9 par Kyocera en collaboration avec Kazuya Yamamura, ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rence agr\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Osaka. Bas\u00e9 sur cette technologie, Kyocera d\u00e9veloppera de nouveaux oscillateurs de haute et basse fr\u00e9quence et de haute pr\u00e9cision, que l\u2019on retrouve dans les applications pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique automobile, les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite (ADAS), les produits IoT, dans les stations de base des r\u00e9seaux sans fil et la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile 5G.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques produit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\uff0eLe plus petit quartz au monde (CX1008) avec les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques du CX1210<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9duction de format de 1,2 x 1,0 mm \u00e0 1,0 x 0,8 mm aurait d\u00fb normalement avoir pour cons\u00e9quence une augmentation d\u2019environ 30 % de la r\u00e9sistance s\u00e9rie (R1), et aurait n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un ajustement du circuit \u00e9lectrique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019analyse exclusive de la technologie pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique de Kyocera, la conception du quartz a pu \u00eatre optimis\u00e9e de telle sorte que la taille du composant a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 1,0 x 0,8 mm tout en maintenant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques du CX1210.<\/p>\n<p>2\uff0eTechnique de production<br \/>\nEn utilisant des processus et des technologies conventionnels dans la production de quartz, une miniaturisation conduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des variations plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es des param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques cl\u00e9s. Kyocera \u00e9vite ce probl\u00e8me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des processus d\u2019ultra-haute pr\u00e9cision tels que la technologie plasma CVM (CVM = Chemical Vaporization Machining), d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le professeur Yamamura. Cette m\u00e9thode repose sur des radicaux neutres \u00e0 base de plasma et sur des r\u00e9actions chimiques sur la surface du quartz. Elle permet ainsi de contr\u00f4ler avec une grande pr\u00e9cision la texture de la surface et l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la plaquette de quartz.
