MB85RS128TY int\u00e8gre une interface s\u00e9rie SPI avec une fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement maximale de 33 MHz, une plage de tension de fonctionnement \u00e9tendue de 1.8V \u00e0 3.6V et une plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de -40 \u00b0 C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0 C. Cette m\u00e9moire non volatile, garantit 10 trillions de cycles de lecture \/ \u00e9criture sur toute sa gamme de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>Fujitsu propose depuis 1999 la technologie de m\u00e9moire non volatile FRAM qui &nbsp;offre un acc\u00e8s al\u00e9atoire rapide, une haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la lecture et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9criture et une faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Ces fonctionnalit\u00e9s permettent un stockage direct, fiable et instantan\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de journalisation et simplifient l&rsquo;architecture du syst\u00e8me c\u00f4t\u00e9 client. La technologie FRAM a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement adopt\u00e9e dans diverses applications industrielles.
