De ce fait il est donc adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 un plus large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications, en plus des instruments de laboratoire, dont les \u00e9quipements de test pour les applications industrielles traditionnelles, les appareils m\u00e9dicaux (par ex.&nbsp;: IRM, proton th\u00e9rapie, etc.), les contr\u00f4leurs de moteur de pr\u00e9cision et les compteurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les innovations brevet\u00e9es par LEM sont au c\u0153ur de ce nouveau capteur, r\u00e9alisant&nbsp; un maximum de traitement du signal dans le domaine num\u00e9rique et proposant une nouvelle approche de l\u2019architecture de la technologie Fluxgate pour l\u2019annulation des ondulations r\u00e9siduelles provenant de la fr\u00e9quence de pilotage du d\u00e9tecteur Fluxgate. Ces am\u00e9liorations ont permis la conception d&rsquo;un capteur compact, qui maintient son excellente pr\u00e9cision sur une plus large plage de temp\u00e9rature, avec un niveau de bruit r\u00e9duit par rapport \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">En permettant le traitement du signal dans le domaine num\u00e9rique, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une immunit\u00e9 totale aux effets de la temp\u00e9rature, aux interf\u00e9rences et aux variations de tension d&rsquo;alimentation apr\u00e8s le convertisseur A\/N. En particulier, l\u2019offset et la d\u00e9rive d\u2019offset ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Le processeur de signal num\u00e9rique a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire les interf\u00e9rences ou les ondulations provenant du signal de pilotage du d\u00e9tecteur Fluxgate \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence fixe, ce qui a permis une r\u00e9duction des harmoniques de plus hautes fr\u00e9quences. Le reste des interf\u00e9rences a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9 en pilotant un \u00ab&nbsp;enroulement de compensation des ondulations&nbsp;\u00bb, dont l\u2019amplitude et la phase sont ajust\u00e9es pendant la calibration de chaque capteur. Apr\u00e8s calibration, l\u2019ondulation cr\u00eate-cr\u00eate restante est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50&nbsp;ppm, par rapport \u00e0 la sortie du capteur pleine \u00e9chelle, sur l\u2019ensemble de la plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement allant de -40&nbsp;\u00b0C \u00e0 +85&nbsp;\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces innovations, le mod\u00e8le IN 2000-S affiche d&rsquo;excellentes performances sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la plage de temp\u00e9rature, offrant une lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 ultra pr\u00e9cise et une faible d\u00e9rive d\u2019offset sur la plage de temp\u00e9rature, meilleures que respectivement 3&nbsp;ppm et&nbsp; 10&nbsp;ppm.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Un enroulement de test de 200 spires est fourni afin que la fonction du capteur puisse \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e en utilisant un courant de 1&nbsp;A sans interf\u00e9rer avec son installation dans les syst\u00e8mes difficilement accessibles.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Le IN 2000-S est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner avec une alimentation bipolaire DC +\/- 15&nbsp;V et s\u2019accommode de conducteurs primaires ronds de 70&nbsp;mm de diam\u00e8tre. Outre sa sortie standard analogique en courant, le capteur dispose d\u2019une sortie suppl\u00e9mentaire indiquant l\u2019\u00e9tat du capteur (niveaux de sortie haut ou bas) et d\u2019une LED externe signalant le fonctionnement normal. Les produits \u00e9quivalents sont normalement constitu\u00e9s de deux parties, \u00e0 savoir la t\u00eate de mesure d\u2019une part et le circuit \u00e9lectronique de traitement du signal d\u2019autre part.
