Il est donc parfaitement adapt\u00e9 au contr\u00f4le des performances de machines offrant un espace tr\u00e8s restreint et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec un cadre de maintien. Le groupe de capteurs pour proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage s\u00e9lectif DATAPAQ compl\u00e9mentaire facilite les mesures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et fr\u00e9quentes de la stabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;enregistreur offre une pr\u00e9cision exceptionnelle de \u00b10,5 \u00b0C et une r\u00e9solution de 0,1 \u00b0C. Il est possible d&rsquo;y connecter trois thermocouples pour contact des vagues \u00e0 hauteur r\u00e9glable et deux thermocouples pour pr\u00e9chauffage pour surveiller les deux phases du proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Les thermocouples pour pr\u00e9chauffage contiennent un capteur sup\u00e9rieur et un inf\u00e9rieur et sont con\u00e7us pour fonctionner avec les technologies de pr\u00e9chauffage par infrarouge et convection. Le bo\u00eetier en aluminium usin\u00e9 dans la masse et le pack de batteries rechargeables pouvant \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par l&rsquo;utilisateur garantissent une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et un co\u00fbt de possession r\u00e9duit. Le syst\u00e8me est livr\u00e9 avec le logiciel DATAPAQ Insight Reflow. Les analyses de donn\u00e9es incluent les pentes maximales, les temp\u00e9ratures maximales et les temps de contact des vagues.
