Quand il est associ\u00e9 au contr\u00f4leur PoE \u00e0 pont de diodes id\u00e9ales LT4321, le contr\u00f4leur de PD&nbsp; LT4294 conforme \u00e0 la norme IEEE 802.3bt version 2,3 peut fournir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 99% de la puissance en provenance d\u2019un connecteur RJ-45 \u00e0 la sortie de branchement \u00e0 chaud et poss\u00e8de les caract\u00e9ristiques nouvellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, comprenant toutes les classes suppl\u00e9mentaires de PD (5, 6, 7, et 8), les types de PD (type 3 et type 4) et de classification 5 \u00e9v\u00e8nements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LT4294 est un contr\u00f4leur de PD \u00e0 une seule signature 802.3bt qui peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 tout r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage de haut rendement. Un contr\u00f4leur de PD \u00e0 une seule signature supprime le besoin d\u2019un second contr\u00f4leur de PD, ce qui r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt et la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. Selon qu\u2019on utilise un commutateur isol\u00e9 ou non isol\u00e9, on peut adjoindre au commutateur des solutions d\u2019alimentation standards et propri\u00e9taires. Contrairement aux contr\u00f4leurs de PD traditionnels qui int\u00e8grent le MOSFET de puissance, le LT4294 contr\u00f4le un MOSFET externe afin de r\u00e9duire, de mani\u00e8re significative, l\u2019ensemble de la dissipation de chaleur du PD et de maximiser le rendement en puissance, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement important aux niveaux d\u2019\u00e9nergie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de la norme 802.3bt. Une architecture \u00e0 MOSFET externe permet aux utilisateurs de dimensionner le MOSFET selon les demandes de leur application&nbsp;; les mises en \u0153uvre standard \u00e0 base de LT4294 choisissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des MOSFET \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance R<sub>DS(ON) <\/sub>de 30m\u2126.<\/p>\n<p>Le LT4294 est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans les classes de temp\u00e9ratures industrielles et de l\u2019automobile, avec les gammes de temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement respectives de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 85\u00b0C et -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C. Le prix unitaire de d\u00e9part du LT4294 est de 1,95$, pour des quantit\u00e9s de 1000 pi\u00e8ces, le composant est disponible en quantit\u00e9s de production. Le LT4294 compl\u00e8te le contr\u00f4leur d\u2019interface de PD LT4295 802.3bt \u00e0 commutateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9, les deux offrant une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 nos contr\u00f4leurs de
