Il int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement dans la puce des transformateurs balun large bande. &nbsp;Ainsi, tous les ports ont un fonctionnement asym\u00e9trique et sont adapt\u00e9s 50 ohms sur leur bande de fr\u00e9quences respective.<br \/>\nDe plus, ce circuit r\u00e9alise un isolement excellent entre les ports, avec des fuites de l\u2019OL \u00e0 sa fr\u00e9quence RF de -32 dBm \u00e0 17 GHz, ce qui facilite la r\u00e9ponse en filtrage externe. Toutes ces caract\u00e9ristiques conduisent \u00e0 un minimum de composants, \u00e0 une conception simplifi\u00e9e et \u00e0 une taille de r\u00e9alisation tr\u00e8s petite.<\/p>\n<p>La bande passante tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue et les performances de ce m\u00e9langeur conviennent \u00e0 une large gamme d\u2019applications comme les liaisons hyperfr\u00e9quence 5G, les&nbsp;services sans fil large bande, les radios satellitaires large bande, les syst\u00e8mes radar, les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019antennes actives, les \u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs en bandes X et Ku, les \u00e9quipements de test, l\u2019analyse de spectre et les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications par satellite.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier plastique QFN 12 broches, de seulement 3 x 2 mm, ce composant est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 sur la gamme de temp\u00e9rature de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +105 \u00b0C afin de supporter des temp\u00e9ratures environnementales plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Il fonctionne sur une alimentation unique de 3,3 V, consomme un courant de repos de 132 mA et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 via une broche de contr\u00f4le de validation. Lorsqu\u2019il est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9, le circuit n\u00e9cessite un courant de veille maximum de seulement 100 \u00b5A.
