Plus de 10 composants discrets seraient n\u00e9cessaires pour couvrir cette gamme de fr\u00e9quences alors que les trois nouveaux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s commercialis\u00e9s par ADI y parviennent sans impact sur les performances. Les m\u00e9langeurs de la s\u00e9rie HMC819x d\u2019ADI sont les seuls circuits large bande actuellement disponibles en bo\u00eetier standard pour montage en surface, ce qui permet de les int\u00e9grer efficacement pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais et les risques de conception tout en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la mise sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La bande passante des ports RF et LO (comprise entre 2,5 et 42&nbsp;GHz) et la large bande passante en fr\u00e9quences interm\u00e9diaires (IF) de la s\u00e9rie HMC819x permettent de simplifier la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019applications militaires ou de test et mesure tout en conservant des performances RF exceptionnelles. Cette s\u00e9rie de m\u00e9langeurs se distingue par une isolation exceptionnelle, de l\u2019ordre de 35&nbsp;dB ou davantage pour l\u2019isolation entre les ports LO et RF et les ports LO et IF, et de plus de 20&nbsp;dB entre les ports RF et IF. L\u2019architecture I\/Q inh\u00e9rente des m\u00e9langeurs assure un rejet d\u2019image\/bande lat\u00e9rale de 25&nbsp;dBc ou plus sans recourir \u00e0 un filtre externe on\u00e9reux, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le co\u00fbt de nomenclature. L\u2019entr\u00e9e IP3 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20&nbsp;dBm est obtenue dans la large bande passante tout en maintenant de faibles pertes de conversion et une dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Une liste d\u2019amplificateurs d\u2019attaque de ports LO adapt\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie pour commander le port LO de chaque m\u00e9langeur avec une faible puissance
