La stabilit\u00e9 en amplitude est assur\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de 0,015 dB et la pr\u00e9cision sur la phase est garantie \u00e0 moins de 0,15 degr\u00e9s sur une p\u00e9riode de 24 heures.<br \/>\nTirant parti de l&rsquo;expertise largement prouv\u00e9e de Keysight en m\u00e9trologie, les capacit\u00e9s de cette solution en mati\u00e8re de calibrage sont bas\u00e9es sur une base de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision am\u00e9lior\u00e9e qui supporte un kit de calibrage 1.0 mm (85059B) et un kit de v\u00e9rification 1.0 mm (85059V). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette base, la nouvelle solution pour ondes millim\u00e9triques \u00e0 large bande fournit des r\u00e9sultats de mesure qui rel\u00e8vent des instituts nationaux de m\u00e9trologie.<br \/>\nLes \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux composant ce syst\u00e8me sont un analyseur de r\u00e9seau Keysight PNA ou PNA-X, des modules compacts N5293A Series pour l\u2019extension de la plage de fr\u00e9quence ainsi que le contr\u00f4leur de test N5292A. Pour simplifier les mesures sur banc de test, les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent monter les modules d\u2019extension de la plage de fr\u00e9quence sur un positioneur optionel.<br \/>\nLes ports de test 1.0 mm durcis assurent la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 des connexions qui influent sur le calibrage et donc am\u00e9liorent la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure au niveau syst\u00e8me. Les utilisateurs peuvent faire appel \u00e0 un \u00ab&nbsp;de-embedding&nbsp;\u00bb automatique pour des mesures avec connecteurs ou effectuer un \u00e9talonnage sous pointes pour des mesures sur wafer.<br \/>\nEn option, la fr\u00e9quence de d\u00e9but de balayage de 900 Hz, permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de caract\u00e9riser les performances de leurs dispositifs aux tr\u00e8s basses fr\u00e9quences. Le programme WMS fournit une configuration, une installation et un support garantis pour r\u00e9duire les risques et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en place avant la premi\u00e8re mesure.<br \/>\nLa solution pour ondes millim\u00e9triques \u00e0 large bande prend \u00e9galement en charge une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;applications.
