Ce sont les premiers microcontr\u00f4leurs 8 bits \u00e0 \u00eatre optimis\u00e9s pour les tr\u00e8s populaires applications d\u2019\u00e9crans tactiles LCD aliment\u00e9es par batterie et faible consommation.<\/p>\n<p>La famille PIC16F19197 comprend des composants dot\u00e9s de 28 \u00e0 64&nbsp;broches, avec jusqu\u2019\u00e0 56&nbsp;ko de Flash et 4&nbsp;ko de RAM. La pompe de charge garantit un contraste constant sur les \u00e9crans LCD, y compris en cas de chute de tension sur la batterie. Le ADC<sup>2<\/sup> r\u00e9alise automatiquement les t\u00e2ches d\u2019acquisition et de traitement du signal, facilitant l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de boutons et curseurs tactiles robustes.
