Les circuits internes s\u00e9lectionnent automatiquement un rapport de conversion de 2:1, 1:1 ou 1:2 pour optimiser le rendement en fonction des variations de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de la charge. Le faible courant de fonctionnement (20 \u00b5A en r\u00e9gulation et sans charge, 1,5 \u00b5A \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat), la commutation \u00e0 bas niveau d\u2019interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) et le petit nombre de composants externes (trois petits condensateurs \u00e0 di\u00e9lectrique c\u00e9ramique et pas d\u2019inductance) rendent cette pompe de charge appropri\u00e9e aux applications sensibles au bruit et \u00e0 espace r\u00e9duit de l\u2019automobile, comme les alimentations d\u2019\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur ECU\/CAN, ainsi que les alimentations d\u2019entretien pour l\u2019industrie et la conversion de faible puissance, de 12 V en 5 V.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019architecture \u00e0 capacit\u00e9s commut\u00e9es de ce dispositif, avec une commutation douce, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des niveaux de bruits de conduction et d\u2019EMI moindres que ceux des r\u00e9gulateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage conventionnels. Le contr\u00f4le du minutage pour le d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9initialisation et la fen\u00eatre d\u2019arr\u00eat de la minuterie de chien de garde peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 par des condensateurs externes, sur les broches RT et WT, ou fix\u00e9 en interne par des connexions de broches. Le seuil pr\u00e9cis de l\u2019entr\u00e9e de r\u00e9initialisation peut servir pour la gestion d\u2019une alimentation suppl\u00e9mentaire, ou \u00eatre configur\u00e9 en bouton-poussoir de r\u00e9initialisation.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques incluent la stabilit\u00e9 avec des condensateurs \u00e0 di\u00e9lectrique c\u00e9ramique, la limitation du courant par repliement de caract\u00e9ristique pour emp\u00eacher des courants d\u2019appel excessifs au d\u00e9marrage, une protection contre les courts-circuits et une protection thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Encapsul\u00e9 en bo\u00eetier MSOP 16 broches \u00e0 performances thermiques renforc\u00e9es, ce circuit est propos\u00e9 en classes E et I fonctionnant sur la gamme de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C, en classe H de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +150 \u00b0C, et en classe MP sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e de -55 \u00b0C \u00e0 +150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><a
