Cette collaboration vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de la c\u00e9ramique, en fournissant des produits hautement fonctionnels, tels que des composants semi-conducteurs de puissance ayant d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de dissipation de la chaleur, ainsi que des composants pour les SPE qui permettent un contr\u00f4le thermique pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature&nbsp;: deux conditions qui sont impossible \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser par le biais de technologies conventionnelles .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Les deux entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 conjointement sur le d\u00e9veloppement de semi-conducteurs de puissance et de composants pour les SPE, et ce depuis 2014. Ayant obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats avec des produits exp\u00e9rimentaux d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du projet commun, les entreprises ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer une collaboration \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.
