Sa boucle ouverte et un fonctionnement avec un rapport cyclique fixe de 50% sont appropri\u00e9s aux applications de bus interm\u00e9diaire non isol\u00e9 dans la&nbsp;distribution, la transmission de donn\u00e9es, les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et les syst\u00e8mes informatiques et industriels haut de gamme.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Fonctionnant sur une gamme de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 6 V \u00e0 72 V (80 V max. absolu), ce contr\u00f4leur peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des courants de sortie de l\u2019ordre de plusieurs dizaines d\u2019amp\u00e8res, selon l\u2019architecture et le choix des composants externes. Il peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9 en mode abaisseur avec un rapport de conversion 2:1 sur une alimentation d\u2019entr\u00e9e pouvant atteindre 72 V. Deux circuits peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9s pour un rapport en mode abaisseur de 4:1. Pour des rapports de conversion en mode abaisseur sup\u00e9rieurs, tel 6:1, l\u2019architecture d\u2019un convertisseur Dickson est recommand\u00e9e et est appropri\u00e9e pour une conversion de 54 V en entr\u00e9e en 9 V en sortie, ne requ\u00e9rant qu\u2019un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment. Le circuit peut \u00eatre aussi configur\u00e9 en mode \u00e9l\u00e9vateur avec un rapport de 1:2 ou en mode inverseur avec un rapport 1:1 sur une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que 36 V.<br \/>\nLes MOSFET externes commutent \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence fixe programmable de 100 kHz \u00e0 1 MHz. Les puissants contr\u00f4leurs de grille de MOSFET canal N, 1,1 ohm, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au composant permettent d\u2019optimiser le rendement et peuvent contr\u00f4ler plusieurs MOSFET en parall\u00e8le pour des applications de puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p align=\"left\">Ce contr\u00f4leur supervise la tension, le courant et la temp\u00e9rature d\u2019un syst\u00e8me pour la d\u00e9tection d\u2019un dysfonctionnement, et utilise une r\u00e9sistance de mesure de courant pour une protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s. Il arr\u00eate la commutation et met la broche FAULT au niveau bas quand une erreur se produit. Une minuterie int\u00e9gr\u00e9e peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e pour les dur\u00e9es de red\u00e9marrage \/ nouvel essai. La broche EXTV<sub>cc<\/sub> permet l\u2019alimentation du circuit \u00e0 partir de sa tension de sortie la plus basse ou d\u2019autres sources externes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40 V, ce qui r\u00e9duit la dissipation de puissance et am\u00e9liore le rendement. Les caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent une commutation douce pour un niveau bas d\u2019interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI), un signal indicateur de tension de sortie r\u00e9gul\u00e9e, un arr\u00eat en cas de sous-tension et un circuit d\u2019\u00e9quilibrage de charge interne.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Encapsul\u00e9 dans un petit bo\u00eetier QFN-28 de 4 x 5 mm, ce circuit est propos\u00e9 dans les deux classes de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction, industrielles et plus \u00e9tendues, de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><a
