De plus, il renforce la protection contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD) et l\u2019immunit\u00e9 au bruit de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur avec des sp\u00e9cifications plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es comprenant les valeurs ESD de \u00b140 kV HBM (mod\u00e8le du corps humain) et IEC niveau 4, d\u2019o\u00f9 une robustesse et une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du signal accrues.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant procure une protection et une fiabilit\u00e9 importantes pour une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019applications RS485\/RS422, incluant le contr\u00f4le industriel, les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019instrumentation et les dispositifs \u00e9lectroniques de l\u2019automobile. Qu\u2019un circuit soit en mode \u00e9mission, r\u00e9ception, en veille ou d\u00e9branch\u00e9, il tol\u00e8re toute tension de \u00b160 V sans dommages. Une gamme plus \u00e9tendue de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e en mode commun \u00b125 V permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre la fiabilit\u00e9 du fonctionnement et \u00e9tend la fonctionnalit\u00e9 aux environnements pr\u00e9sentant des tensions en mode commun \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Des seuils sym\u00e9triques du r\u00e9cepteur autorisent le maintien d\u2019une bonne sym\u00e9trie du rapport cyclique \u00e0 de faibles niveaux du signal et des filtres suppl\u00e9mentaires emp\u00eachent des erreurs provenant du bruit haute fr\u00e9quence, ce qui procure un fonctionnement optimal tr\u00e8s fiable.<\/p>\n<p>Fortement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, la protection contre les ESD assure la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 des ESD \u00b140 kV HBM (ESD IEC-61000-4-2 niveau 4&nbsp;: \u00b18 kV) sur les broches de l\u2019\u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur sans verrouillage ni dommage, toutes les autres broches \u00e9tant prot\u00e9g\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00b115 kV HBM. Ce composant autorise aussi une protection contre les transitoires \u00e9lectriques rapides (EFT) avec un niveau de \u00b15 kV IEC 610004-4 EFT niveau 4.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9metteur-r\u00e9cepteur se d\u00e9cline en deux options de vitesses de transmission de donn\u00e9es, le LTC2862A-1 \u00e0 vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 20 Mbits\/s, et le LTC2862A-2 \u00e0 250 kbit\/s et bas niveau d\u2019EMI.
