L\u2019excellence des infrastructures et les expertises de CEA Tech dans la micro\u00e9lectronique et le photovolta\u00efque (via ses instituts CEA-Leti et CEA-Liten) et celles du Fraunhofer ISE en \u00e9pitaxie et dans le d\u00e9veloppement de cellules solaires, sont d\u00e9sormais rassembl\u00e9es pour d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux produits et ouvrir de nouveaux march\u00e9s. Hors du domaine des technologies photovolta\u00efques \u00e0 concentration, les march\u00e9s cibl\u00e9s incluent les cellules solaires sp\u00e9cifiquement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pour les applications \u00ab grand public \u00bb (comme l\u2019\u00e9lectronique embarqu\u00e9e), ainsi que le march\u00e9 photovolta\u00efque classique. Les r\u00e9sultats communs seront r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019industrie. \u00c0 moyen terme, cette coop\u00e9ration avec les acteurs industriels contribuera significativement au financement du laboratoire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous cherchons \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des nouvelles cellules solaires ultra-performantes et \u00e0 les amener sur le march\u00e9 avec nos coll\u00e8gues fran\u00e7ais<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Frank Dimropth, chef du d\u00e9partement \u00ab&nbsp;<em>III-V Epitaxy and Solar Cells<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb du Fraunhofer ISE. Son coll\u00e8gue fran\u00e7ais, Thomas Signamarcheix, chef du laboratoire des substrats avanc\u00e9s au sein du CEA-Leti, ajoute : \u00ab N<em>ous croyons fermement que la collaboration entre Fraunhofer ISE et CEA Tech aboutira \u00e0 la meilleure offre de recherche possible pour l\u2019industrie<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Mathieu Baudrit, chef du laboratoire des technologies photovolta\u00efques \u00e0 concentration du CEA-Liten, poursuit : \u00ab&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Notre but est de d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux produits afin de doter l\u2019industrie europ\u00e9enne d\u2019un avantage comp\u00e9titif qui assurera son succ\u00e8s futur sur les march\u00e9s des \u00e9nergies renouvelables<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les deux organismes de recherche technologique s\u2019appuient sur une longue exp\u00e9rience de partenariats strat\u00e9giques. En partenariat avec Soitec, ils ont par exemple d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s les cellules solaires les plus performantes au monde, atteignant 46 % de rendement .
