En outre, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des performances relatives aux EMI\/EMC ne d\u00e9pend pas de la configuration de la carte, ce qui simplifie la conception et r\u00e9duit le risque, m\u00eame en utilisant deux couches de circuit imprim\u00e9. Avec une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 2 MHz, ce composant satisfait aux limites cr\u00eates des EMI de la norme CISPR 25 Classe 5 de l\u2019automobile sur toute la plage de charge. La modulation de fr\u00e9quence par \u00e9talement de spectre est \u00e9galement propos\u00e9e pour abaisser davantage les niveaux d\u2019EMI\/EMC.<\/p>\n<p>Le redressement synchrone du convertisseur permet d\u2019obtenir un rendement aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 que 93% \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence de d\u00e9coupage de 2 MHz. De haut rendement, les commutateurs internes peuvent fournir un courant continu de sortie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 A, et des charges maximales de 3A, pour des tensions aussi basses que 0,774 V.<\/p>\n<p>En fonctionnement Burst Mode, le composant consomme un courant de repos de seulement 2,5 \u00b5A, ce qui convient aux applications comme les syst\u00e8mes \u00abconnect\u00e9s en&nbsp;permanence\u00bb de l\u2019automobile qui n\u00e9cessitent une dur\u00e9e de vie accrue de la batterie. Sa conception particuli\u00e8re maintient une tension de d\u00e9chet minimum de seulement 400 mV \u00e0 1,5 A dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement, ce qui lui permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous les sc\u00e9narios, tel le d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 froid d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule. De plus, une dur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat ON minimum de seulement 45 ns autorise une fr\u00e9quence de commutation fixe de 2 MHz, de 16 V en entr\u00e9e \u00e0 1,5 V en sortie, ce qui optimise le rendement tout en \u00e9vitant les bandes de fr\u00e9quences critiques sensibles au bruit. Son bo\u00eetier LQFN-16 de 3 x 3 mm et sa fr\u00e9quence de commutation \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui permet l\u2019emploi de condensateurs et d\u2019inductances externes de petite taille, conduisent \u00e0 une empreinte compacte, de bon rendement thermique.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Sur une seule puce, ce dispositif int\u00e8gre les commutateurs de puissance, haut et bas, de rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, la diode \u00e9l\u00e9vatrice, l\u2019oscillateur, ainsi que les circuits de contr\u00f4le et de logique n\u00e9cessaires. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode, \u00e0 faible niveau d\u2019ondulation, maintient un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour de faibles courants de sortie, tout en maintenant l\u2019ondulation de sortie en dessous de 10 mV cr\u00eate \u00e0 cr\u00eate. La fr\u00e9quence de commutation est programmable de 200 kHz \u00e0 2,2 MHz.
