Le nouveau HCF a une structure similaire aux deux types certifi\u00e9s ESA SCHURTER MGA-S et HCSF. Les fusibles utilis\u00e9s dans les applications spatiales r\u00e9pondent aux exigences de performance les plus rigoureuses,. Cependant, le d\u00e9pistage intensif de chaque fusible individuel, qui est une exigence essentielle pour les applications spatiales, n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire avec le HCF pour les applications autres que l&rsquo;espace. Cela entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction substantielle du co\u00fbt par fusible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Film solide \/ mince<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux fusibles conventionnels avec un fil de fusion, le HCF a une couche de film mince m\u00e9tallique. Avec cette technique de fabrication, une couche de m\u00e9tal est appliqu\u00e9e conjointement avec une technique dite sputter. Les deux se forment sur un substrat en verre avec une \u00e9paisseur exacte en microns. L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de fusible r\u00e9sultant est entour\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bo\u00eetier en c\u00e9ramique, ce qui garantit la stabilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;interruption n\u00e9cessaires. Aucune substance nocive ne s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe sous forme solide ou gazeuse pendant la coupure du fusible. Cette technologie rend \u00e9galement le Schurter HCF compl\u00e8tement imperm\u00e9able au compos\u00e9, qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser un joint herm\u00e9tique, par exemple Pour utilisation dans des applications \u00e0 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que selon les exigences ATEX et IECEx.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capacit\u00e9 de rupture \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Schurter HCF a une capacit\u00e9 de coupure \u00e9lev\u00e9e allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1000 A \u00e0 125 VAC resp. 125 VDC avec une r\u00e9ponse rapide. Il couvre une plage de courant nominale de 5 A \u00e0 15 A.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>domaines d&rsquo;applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fusible HCF est adapt\u00e9 aux applications qui demandent une grande fiabilit\u00e9 dans des conditions particuli\u00e8rement difficiles (choc thermique et m\u00e9canique, endurance cycle, etc.), dans par exemple les plateformes offshore ATEX p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res, les \u00e9quipements exploit\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9gions arctiques, l&rsquo; \u00e9lectronique en a\u00e9ronautique et certaines technologies m\u00e9dicales, o\u00f9 des performances de fusibles robustes et \u00e9conomes en espace sont requises.
