Le puissant contr\u00f4leur de grille 1\u2126 du LTC7001 peut contr\u00f4ler facilement des MOSFET \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9&nbsp;de grille avec des temps de transition tr\u00e8s courts et des retards de propagation de 35ns, ce qui est appropri\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois aux applications \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence de commutation et \u00e0 commutateur statique.<br \/>\nLe LTC7001 est con\u00e7u pour recevoir un signal de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique, de bas niveau de tension, r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 \u00e0 la masse, et contr\u00f4ler rapidement un MOSFET canal N de puissance, c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut, dont la tension de drain peut \u00eatre comprise entre 0V et 135V (150V max. absolu). Le LTC7001 fonctionne sur une plage de tension de polarisation du contr\u00f4leur de 3,5V \u00e0 15V avec r\u00e9glage du niveau d\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de sous-tension. Les temps de mont\u00e9e et de descente rapides de 13ns, quand il contr\u00f4le une charge de 1000pF, r\u00e9duisent les pertes de commutation. Les caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent le r\u00e9glage de la vitesse de balayage \u00e0 la mise en marche et le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de surtension.<br \/>\nLe LTC7001 est disponible dans le bo\u00eetier MSOP-10, avec espacement des broches pour les tensions \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Il est disponible en trois classes de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction de fonctionnement avec les versions \u00e0 temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9tendues et industrielles de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C, la version pour temp\u00e9ratures de l\u2019automobile de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 150\u00b0C et la version de classe militaire de -55\u00b0C \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><a
