Cette nouvelle gamme convient tout particuli\u00e8rement aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;infodivertissement, aux appareils de d\u00e9tection de collision, aux syst\u00e8mes r\u00e9seau embarqu\u00e9s et aux unit\u00e9s de transmission utilis\u00e9s dans le secteur automobile. Elle est \u00e9galement id\u00e9ale pour toutes les applications exigeant le fonctionnement d&rsquo;un oscillateur \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames.<br \/>\nCinq options de tension diff\u00e9rentes sont disponibles&nbsp;: 1,8, 2,5, 2,8, 3,0 et 3,3V avec une consommation \u00e9lectrique de 4,5mA sans aucune charge. &nbsp;Tous les mod\u00e8les sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;une sortie CMOS, d&rsquo;une charge de 15pF avec un temps de mont\u00e9e et de descente de 2,5ns \u00e0 3ns avec un cycle de service de 45\/55&nbsp;% et offrent la fonction Activer\/D\u00e9sactiver sur le Tampon&nbsp;3.<\/p>\n<p><a
