Le mod\u00e8le \u00e0 quatre quadrants de la s\u00e9rie R&amp;S NGU401 peut en outre commuter sur des valeurs n\u00e9gatives de tension. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques lui permettent d\u2019\u00e9valuer une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentations.<br \/>\nLes sourcem\u00e8tres R&amp;S NGU proposent six gammes de courant allant de 10 \u00b5A, pour une r\u00e9solution de 100 pA, \u00e0 10 A pour une r\u00e9solution de 10 \u00b5A. Ils offrent une pr\u00e9cision allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,025 % sur toutes les gammes de courant. La tension est mesur\u00e9e avec une r\u00e9solution de 10 \u00b5V dans la plage de 20 V et de 1 \u00b5V dans la plage de 6 V. Pour faire face \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de mesure classique concernant la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du dispositif sous test, le sourcem\u00e8tre R&amp;S NGU dispose d&rsquo;un mode de compensation de capacit\u00e9 qui est ajustable par pas de 1 \u00b5F \u00e0 470 \u00b5F pour obtenir un affichage du courant comme s&rsquo;il \u00e9tait mesur\u00e9 directement sur le dispositif sous test. Tous les appareils op\u00e9rant \u00e0 des tensions jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 V, des courants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 A et une puissance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60 W sont pris en charge.<br \/>\nLe sourcem\u00e8tre R&amp;S NGU401 \u00e0 quatre quadrants est particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9 aux tests de semi-conducteurs. Il mesure des sources et des puits de tension de tout \u00e9quipement op\u00e9rant sur une plage de tension allant de -20 V \u00e0 +20 V. Outre le mode de r\u00e9gulation de la tension des alimentations, le sourcem\u00e8tre R&amp;S NGU dispose d\u2019un mode de r\u00e9gulation rapide du courant pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;endommager les dispositifs sous test sensibles au courant, tels que les LED ou autres semi-conducteurs. Une sortie de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de formes d&rsquo;onde arbitraire transforme le R&amp;S NGU401 en source de courant alternatif permettant de simuler des perturbations ou des instabilit\u00e9s de l\u2019alimentation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences de 1 kHz.<br \/>\nLe sourcem\u00e8tre R&amp;S NGU201 \u00e0 deux quadrants est optimis\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;analyse de la consommation \u00e9lectrique de tout appareil aliment\u00e9 par batterie tels que les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles, les tablettes et toutes sortes d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements IoT. Les ing\u00e9nieurs concepteurs peuvent l&rsquo;utiliser pour simuler les caract\u00e9ristiques des batteries dans un environnement r\u00e9el. Une fois que les caract\u00e9ristiques du mod\u00e8le de batterie sont d\u00e9finies, elles peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9es si n\u00e9cessaire. Avec son courant maximum de 8 A, l\u2019instrument prend \u00e9galement en charge les dispositifs de recharge rapide.<br \/>\nOutre leurs fonctions de source et de mesure, les instruments de la s\u00e9rie R&amp;S NGU proposent \u00e9galement les fonctions sophistiqu\u00e9es communes \u00e0 toutes les alimentations de Rohde &amp; Schwarz. Le taux d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage de la fonction FastLog qui atteint 500 k\u00e9ch\/s est le plus rapide du march\u00e9 pour cette cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019appareils. Ce qui offre la possibilit\u00e9 de capturer des tensions et des courants toutes les 2 \u03bcs afin de d\u00e9tecter les plus brefs \u00e9v\u00e9nements intermittents.
