Le puissant contr\u00f4leur de grille 1\u2126 du LTC7003 peut contr\u00f4ler des MOSFET \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9 de grille avec des temps de transition tr\u00e8s courts et des retards de propagation de 35ns, ce qui est appropri\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois aux applications \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence de commutation et \u00e0 commutateur statique.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7003 fonctionne sur une gamme de tension d\u2019alimentation d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 3,5V \u00e0 60V (65V max. absolu), avec une plage de tension d\u2019alimentation du contr\u00f4leur de 3,5V \u00e0 15V. Il d\u00e9tecte une surintensit\u00e9 en mesurant la tension aux bornes d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance de mesure de courant, externe, plac\u00e9e en s\u00e9rie avec le drain du commutateur MOSFET externe. Quand le LTC7003 d\u00e9tecte que le courant de commutation d\u00e9passe un niveau pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini, un indicateur d\u2019erreur se d\u00e9clenche et arr\u00eate le commutateur pendant une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par un condensateur temporisateur externe. Apr\u00e8s une dur\u00e9e de refroidissement pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, le LTC7003 se relance automatiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7003 est con\u00e7u pour recevoir un signal de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique, de faible niveau de tension, r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 \u00e0 la masse, et contr\u00f4ler rapidement un MOSFET canal N de puissance, c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut, dont la tension de drain peut \u00eatre aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que 60V par rapport \u00e0 la masse. Les temps de mont\u00e9e et de descente rapides de 13ns, quand il contr\u00f4le une charge de 1000pF, r\u00e9duisent les pertes de commutation. Le LTC7003 poss\u00e8de les caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9glage de la limite de courant, une sortie du contr\u00f4leur du courant, le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019arr\u00eat en cas de surtension et des entr\u00e9es de validation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7003 est disponible en bo\u00eetier MSOP-16. Trois classes de temp\u00e9ratures de jonction de fonctionnement sont disponibles avec les versions \u00e0 temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9tendues et industrielles de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C, la version pour temp\u00e9ratures de l\u2019automobile de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 150\u00b0C et la version de classe militaire de -55\u00b0C \u00e0 150\u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
