Le LTC7150S utilise la technique Silent Switcher<sup> <\/sup>, int\u00e9grant des condensateurs de d\u00e9couplage pour obtenir une r\u00e9alisation tr\u00e8s performante avec des niveaux d\u2019EMI (interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques) excellents tout en mod\u00e9rant les contraintes d\u2019implantation. Le fonctionnement multiphase, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12 phases, permet la mise en parall\u00e8le directe de plusieurs composants pour obtenir un courant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec un accroissement minimum de la capacitance d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie. La mesure d\u00e9port\u00e9e de la tension V<sub>OUT<\/sub> assure que la r\u00e9gulation de la tension au niveau de la charge est pr\u00e9cise ind\u00e9pendamment du courant de charge ou de la configuration de la carte. La large plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e du LTC7150S, de 3,1V \u00e0 20V, est appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019applications, incluant la plupart des tensions de bus interm\u00e9diaires, et est compatible avec de nombreux types de batterie. Les MOSFET canal N, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, peuvent fournir des courants continus de charge sortie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20A, avec une d\u00e9gradation thermique minimum, pour des tensions de sortie de 0,6V \u00e0 V<sub>IN<\/sub>, ce qui est appropri\u00e9 aux applications de point de charge comme l\u2019alimentation des DSP, FPGA et ASIC de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9\/basse tension. Les autres applications comprennent les syst\u00e8mes de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications\/transmission de donn\u00e9es, les architectures \u00e0 alimentation distribu\u00e9e et les syst\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux \u00e0 densit\u00e9 de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de conduction tr\u00e8s courte, minimale de 25ns, du LTC7150S permet une alimentation, de rapport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en mode abaisseur, \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences \u00e9lev\u00e9es, pouvant accepter les deux modes de fonctionnement, continu forc\u00e9 et discontinu. La fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement peut \u00eatre choisie entre 400kHz et 3MHz, et peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e sur une horloge externe. La pr\u00e9cision totale de la tension de sortie diff\u00e9rentielle du LTC7150S est de \u00b11% sur la plage de temp\u00e9rature de jonction de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C. Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques incluent la mesure d\u00e9port\u00e9e de la tension diff\u00e9rentielle V<sub>OUT<\/sub> directement au niveau de la charge, une broche de s\u00e9lection de la phase PHMODE, un seuil pr\u00e9cis de 1,2V de la broche RUN de, une protection contre les surtensions sur V<sub>IN<\/sub>, un indicateur de tension \u00e9tablie et un d\u00e9marrage progressif&nbsp; \/
