KG a \u00e9largi sa vaste gamme de mat\u00e9riaux conducteurs de chaleur avec de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 changement de phase (PCM). Sous forme solide et p\u00e2teuse, avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s stables par rapport aux effets de pompage, les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 changement de phase PCM 35 &#8230; et PCM 55 &#8230; offrent une excellente alternative aux p\u00e2tes thermoconductrices connues depuis longtemps. Les fines \u00e9paisseurs de couche convertibles des mat\u00e9riaux PCM 35 &#8230; et PCM 55 &#8230; permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9sistances thermiques de contact minimales pour un transfert de chaleur maximal. Les mat\u00e9riaux PCM cit\u00e9s se distinguent particuli\u00e8rement par leur temp\u00e9rature de changement de phase \u00e0 laquelle leur consistance passe de solide \u00e0 souple, voire fluide. Dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature de changement de phase de 45 \u00b0C ou 50 \u00b0C, le mat\u00e9riau fond et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre ainsi dans tous les interstices de la paire de contacts. Si la temp\u00e9rature descend \u00e0 nouveau en dessous de cette plage, comme cela se produit par exemple lors de cycles de charge, le mat\u00e9riau appliqu\u00e9 revient \u00e0 son \u00e9tat initial solide, sans toutefois perdre la connexion avec les points de contact. En raison de leur consistance, les mat\u00e9riaux PCM 35 &#8230; et PCM 55 &#8230; sont s\u00e9rigraphiables et peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s facilement sur les surfaces \u00e0 contacter par s\u00e9rigraphie ou impression au pochoir, mais aussi manuellement. En outre, les nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux PCM garantissent d&rsquo;excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;utilisation et de mouillage, ainsi qu&rsquo;une excellente performance et conductivit\u00e9 thermique.
