Cela inclut les mod\u00e8les de types enti\u00e8rement solides \/ semi-solides utilisant de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux pour la partie de l\u2019\u00e9lectrode et les batteries qui adoptent diff\u00e9rentes compositions de bornes. Cependant, beaucoup des derni\u00e8res batteries rechargeables sont petites et minces, n\u00e9cessitant une charge basse tension dans la plage de 2 V \u00e0 3 V. De plus, il n\u2019existe actuellement aucun circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de chargeur de batterie pouvant g\u00e9rer une large plage de tension.<br \/>\nSur la base de cette demande du march\u00e9, ROHM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de chargeur de batterie g\u00e9rant la charge basse tension non seulement des batteries li-ion, mais \u00e9galement de nouveaux types de batteries rechargeables tels que l\u2019\u00e9tat enti\u00e8rement solide et semi-solide. Le BD71631QWZ permet d\u2019obtenir une charge basse tension sur une large plage de 2,0 V \u00e0 4,7 V en am\u00e9liorant la stabilit\u00e9 du circuit interne.<br \/>\nContrairement aux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de chargeur de batterie g\u00e9n\u00e9raux qui fournissent une tension fixe, le nouveau produit de ROHM permet de r\u00e9gler facilement la tension de charge en changeant simplement la r\u00e9sistance externe, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la charge de conception lors du changement de batterie. De plus, la technologie de bo\u00eetier d\u2019origine permet d\u2019obtenir un bo\u00eetier compact de seulement 0,4 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, soit 60 % de moins que les produits conventionnels sur le march\u00e9. Cela contribue \u00e0 des appareils plus petits et plus minces. En outre, chaque caract\u00e9ristique de charge, comme le courant de charge\/terminaison, peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e pour la charge CCCV, offrant un environnement de charge optimal pour les
