Ce capteur compact ouvre de nouveaux champs d&rsquo;application dans la mesure du d\u00e9placement et de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une haute r\u00e9solution de 24 nm, le capteur permet de mesurer des couches transparentes telles que le verre ou les films plastiques \u00e0 partir d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur de couche de 40 \u00b5m. Un autre atout est le grand angle de mesure, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +\/- 30\u00b0 (NA 0,5). En combinaison avec un diam\u00e8tre du spot lumineux de 6 \u00b5m seulement, il est possible de d\u00e9tecter les structures les plus fines.<\/p>\n<p>Le capteur confocal chromatique IFS2405\/90-6 est utilis\u00e9 pour la mesure pr\u00e9cise de d\u00e9placement et d\u2019\u00e9paisseur sur les surfaces diffuses et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes et en particulier sur les mat\u00e9riaux transparents. La nouvelle variante \u00e0 90\u00b0 permet des options de montage plus flexibles. Si la profondeur d&rsquo;installation ne permet pas d&rsquo;utiliser un capteur \u00e0 sortie de faisceau rectiligne, le capteur \u00e0 90\u00b0 offre une alternative peu encombrante. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cartement de base \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 41 mm, le capteur peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 \u00e0 une distance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les environnements critiques. Ceci destine le capteur IFS2405\/90-6 pour les t\u00e2ches de mesure dans l\u2019industrie du verre et permet des mesures d\u2019\u00e9paisseur \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisseur de couche de 300 \u00b5m. Par ailleurs, le capteur IFS2405-6\/90-6 fournit des r\u00e9sultats fiables pour des inclinaisons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00b1 10\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Le capteur confocalDT IFS2406-3\/VAC(001) est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les conditions exigeantes du vide. La conception passive du capteur assure qu&rsquo;aucune chaleur n&rsquo;est \u00e9mise dans l&rsquo;environnement. Les accessoires sont \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9s aux conditions de fonctionnement particuli\u00e8res.
