{"id":14963,"date":"2021-04-12T05:31:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-12T05:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/un-instrument-5-en-1-pour-1000base-t1-automotive\/"},"modified":"2021-04-12T05:31:44","modified_gmt":"2021-04-12T05:31:44","slug":"un-instrument-5-en-1-pour-1000base-t1-automotive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/un-instrument-5-en-1-pour-1000base-t1-automotive\/","title":{"rendered":"Un instrument 5-en-1 pour 1000BASE-T1 Automotive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Avec le d\u00e9veloppement des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et intelligents pour l\u2019autonomie de pilotage, l\u2019industrie automobile fait de plus en plus appel \u00e0 la nouvelle technologie Automotive Ethernet, visant \u00e0 augmenter la bande passante de donn\u00e9es circulant entre les diff\u00e9rents capteurs et calculateurs, sans augmenter le poids du c\u00e2blage, ni sacrifier \u00e0 l\u2019immunit\u00e9 aux parasites et interf\u00e9rences.&nbsp;Le RAD-Gigastar est un instrument proposant 5 fonctions en une dans le m\u00eame appareil.&nbsp;Dans un bo\u00eetier solide et compact, il est pourvu de deux prises 100\/1000BASE-T1, deux acc\u00e8s 100\/1000BASE-T1 par modules SFP ( ce qui permet d\u2019utiliser des fibres optiques), mais aussi de 2 voies FlexRay en r\u00e9ception seule de 6 voies CAN-FD et une voie LIN ainsi qu\u2019un port USB 3.0 et une prise d\u2019alimentation externe 5.5 \u00e0 60V continus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">TAP Actif pour 1000BASE-T1<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Le RAD-Gigastar est un point d\u2019acc\u00e8s sur un r\u00e9seau 1000BASE-T1. Il s\u2019intercale dans une liaison entre deux \u00e9quipements avec un minimum de perturbation. Il recopie tous les messages arrivant dans un sens ou dans l\u2019autre sur un port USB 3.0 ou Ethernet Gigabit reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un PC. Ce PC peut ainsi enregistrer le trafic complet, trames d\u2019erreurs comprises, avec une datation pr\u00e9cise des trames<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>bien mieux que ne pourrait le faire un switch associ\u00e9 \u00e0 deux convertisseurs de medias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Interface 1000BASE-T1 pour PC<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Le RAD-Gigastar devient naturellement interface pour PC, lorsque l\u2019on veut faire communiquer un \u00e9quipement avec une simulation d\u2019environnement ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e sur un PC. Il est plus particuli\u00e8rement exploit\u00e9 avec le logiciel VehicleSPY Enterprise d\u2019Intrepid. Le RAD Gigastar ne se contente pas uniquement d\u2019interface Ethernet, il fait office \u00e9galement d\u2019interface CAN, CAN-FD et LIN. Il poss\u00e8de une ligne d\u2019activation permettant la mise en \u0153uvre de diagnostic sur IP (DoIP). On pourra aussi s\u2019en servir pour t\u00e9l\u00e9charger en flash des firmware sur les calculateurs embarqu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Une passerelle intelligente.<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Le RAD Gigastar offre des possibilit\u00e9s innombrables de passerelle intelligente<span>&nbsp; <\/span>(Gateway ). Il peut router de fa\u00e7on arbitraire un trafic complet ou des messages s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s d\u2019une liaison Ethernet vers une liaison CAN ou CAN FD, ou l\u2019inverse. Il peut pr\u00e9lever une partie d\u2019un message d\u2019un bus pour en reconstruire un autre avec ou sans modification du contenu. La redirection peut \u00eatre permanente ou d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par des conditions.&nbsp;Pour cette mise en oeuvre, le logiciel VehicleSPY offre une programmation tr\u00e8s simple soit par script, soit par une face avant logicielle. Plus besoin d\u2019\u00e9crire de code en C++.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Un enregistreur embarqu\u00e9 compact et performant.<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un stockage sur carte SDHC, le RAD Gigastar devient aussi un \u2018datalogger\u2019, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un enregistreur autonome. Il enregistre les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019activit\u00e9 sur tous les ports CAN, LIN, FlexRay et Ethernet avec une datation unique et commune tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise. Configur\u00e9 convenablement, il filtre les donn\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat seules et se d\u00e9clenche selon des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. Il va remplacer tr\u00e8s avantageusement un PC embarqu\u00e9, car son temps de d\u00e9marrage est plus court, sa consommation est moindre (pour \u00e9pargner la batterie de la voiture) et son encombrement plus r\u00e9duit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;,sans-serif\">Les applications du RAD Gigastar sont nombreuses, du fait de sa caract\u00e9ristique multifonction. Il sera utile dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise au point de calculateurs, les essais de prototype sur v\u00e9hicule, la recherche, la production, la validation, les essais de v\u00e9hicules, et
