Ici, la production en termes d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s a chut\u00e9 de 26 pour cent par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ; sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel, le groupe a gliss\u00e9 dans le rouge au cours du trimestre sous revue. Les puces des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques des v\u00e9hicules n&rsquo;ayant pas pu \u00eatre livr\u00e9es, les entreprises ont d\u00fb stocker temporairement de nombreux v\u00e9hicules inachev\u00e9s. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les cellules de batterie et autres mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et auxiliaires qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es mais n&rsquo;ont pas pu \u00eatre install\u00e9es.&nbsp;Leur stockage interm\u00e9diaire a entra\u00een\u00e9 des co\u00fbts consid\u00e9rables, de sorte que Volkswagen a gliss\u00e9 dans le rouge sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel au cours de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. \u00ab\u00a0La p\u00e9nurie de semiconducteurs n&rsquo;a plus pu \u00eatre compens\u00e9e au troisi\u00e8me trimestre en raison de pertes de production massives\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Alexander Seitz, directeur financier de la marque Volkswagen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/news\/le-marche-des-semiconducteurs-en-surcapacite-2023\" target=\"notSet\" rel=\"noopener\">Le march\u00e9 des semiconducteurs en surcapacit\u00e9 2023 ?<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apparemment, il y a eu des changements massifs de composants semiconducteurs au sein du groupe depuis les g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes jusqu&rsquo;aux&nbsp;marques premium Audi et Porsche. Ces deux marques ont nettement moins souffert de la p\u00e9nurie d&rsquo;approvisionnement et sont rest\u00e9es rentables voire ont augment\u00e9 leur rentabilit\u00e9 ; leurs revenus ont plus que compens\u00e9 les pertes des marques g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes dans leur ensemble. Mais la p\u00e9nurie de puces reste un probl\u00e8me majeur pour le constructeur. \u00ab\u00a0Le goulot d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement des semiconducteurs au troisi\u00e8me trimestre nous a clairement montr\u00e9 que nous ne sommes pas encore assez r\u00e9sistants\u00a0\u00bb, cite le journal \u00e9conomique Handelsblatt, citant le directeur financier du groupe Arno Antlitz.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/news\/gm-veut-acheter-ses-semiconducteurs-directement\" target=\"notSet\" rel=\"noopener\">GM veut acheter ses semiconducteurs directement<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La crise des puces a \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 les chiffres trimestriels publi\u00e9s au m\u00eame moment par Stellantis, la maison m\u00e8re de (entre autres) Fiat, Jeep, Opel\/Vauxhall et PSA. Les livraisons du groupe ont globalement baiss\u00e9 de 27% par rapport au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2020. Environ 600 000 v\u00e9hicules n&rsquo;ont pas pu \u00eatre construits faute de semiconducteurs livr\u00e9s. Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires a baiss\u00e9 de 14% \u00e0 32,6 milliards d&rsquo;euros. Ici aussi, les puces livr\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans les mod\u00e8les \u00e0 plus forte marge ; le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires a donc diminu\u00e9 moins fortement que le chiffre de ventes.<\/p>\n<p>En ao\u00fbt, le directeur financier de Stellanti, Richard Palmer, avait estim\u00e9 la perte de production \u00e0 1,4 million de v\u00e9hicules pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e ; maintenant il a r\u00e9vis\u00e9 cette estimation. Le d\u00e9ficit global de production cette ann\u00e9e sera plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu en ao\u00fbt, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Stellantis souhaite maintenir son objectif de rendement des ventes d&rsquo;environ 10 % pour l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e &#8211; mais seulement si les goulets d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement dans l&rsquo;approvisionnement en semiconducteurs ne s&rsquo;aggravent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen ne s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 aucune am\u00e9lioration, du moins \u00e0 court terme. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, le constructeur automobile a annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 ce que les goulots d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement pour les semiconducteurs se poursuivent au-del\u00e0 de 2021.
