De plus, comme une consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie moindre est n\u00e9cessaire dans la plupart des applications, l\u2019adoption des SBD, plus efficaces que les autres diodes, est en progression. Cependant, si VF&nbsp;est abaiss\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, IR, qui est en relation inverse avec VF, deviendra plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Comme cela augmente le risque d\u2019emballement thermique, il est important d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer \u00e0 la fois VF&nbsp;et IR&nbsp;lors de la s\u00e9lection des SBD pour la conception du circuit.<br \/>\nPour y r\u00e9pondre, ROHM a renforc\u00e9 sa gamme de SBD qui \u00e9quilibre la petite taille avec de basses caract\u00e9ristiques VF&nbsp;et IR&nbsp;exig\u00e9es par le secteur automobile. Les s\u00e9ries RBR et RBQ connues sur le march\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encore \u00e9largies pour inclure une gamme de produits compacts \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 et haute tension permettant la rectification et la protection dans un plus large \u00e9ventail d\u2019applications.<br \/>\nL\u2019introduction d\u2019un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet \u00e0 ROHM d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances des puces des deux s\u00e9ries de 25 % (VF&nbsp;de la s\u00e9rie RBR en particulier) par rapport aux produits conventionnels de ROHM. En outre, la s\u00e9rie RBR pr\u00e9sente d\u2019excellentes caract\u00e9ristiques de VF&nbsp;basses, ce qui est essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire les pertes. Cela les rend id\u00e9ales pour les applications automobiles ainsi que pour l\u2019\u00e9lectronique grand public comme les ordinateurs portables o\u00f9 une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e est requise. Dans les faits, 12 des produits adoptent un bo\u00eetier compact (bo\u00eetier PMDE) qui r\u00e9duit la surface de montage de 42 % par rapport aux produits existants (bo\u00eetier PMDU).<br \/>\nDans le m\u00eame temps, la s\u00e9rie RBQ offre d\u2019excellentes caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019IR&nbsp;basses qui permettent un fonctionnement stable dans des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, ce qui r\u00e9duit significativement le risque d\u2019emballement thermique, probl\u00e9matique pour les SBD. En tant que telles, elles sont id\u00e9ales pour les applications de groupes motopropulseurs automobiles et les alimentations pour les \u00e9quipements industriels fonctionnant dans des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. 12 nouveaux produits 100 V ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin de tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
