L&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des cellules solaires&nbsp;\u00e0 faible co\u00fbt est un moyen essentiel de stimuler la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable. La combinaison de la cellule p\u00e9rovskite, qui absorbe dans l&rsquo;infrarouge, avec des cellules existantes \u00e0 base de silicium ou d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux capte une plus grande partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie disponible, offrant une efficacit\u00e9 de conversion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec le groupe M2N de Ren\u00e9 Janssen \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de technologie d&rsquo;Eindhoven, les chercheurs de Solliance aux Pays-Bas ont utilis\u00e9 une cellule p\u00e9rovskite \u00e0 large bande interdite (1,69eV) avec une transparence \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le proche infrarouge sur une cellule solaire en silicium de Panasonic avec quatre terminaux (4T).<\/p>\n<p>La cellule a atteint une efficacit\u00e9 stabilis\u00e9e de 17,8% pendant un suivi du point de puissance maximale de 5 minutes et a atteint une efficacit\u00e9 record de 29,2% pour la cellule tandem p\u00e9rovskite \/ Si 4T. En combinaison avec la cellule sous-jacente&nbsp;Miasol\u00e9 en cuivre indium gallium s\u00e9l\u00e9niure (CIGS), l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 une efficacit\u00e9 record de 27,1
