{"id":148076,"date":"2021-11-14T22:09:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-14T22:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/front-end-pour-batteries-multi-cellules\/"},"modified":"2021-11-14T22:09:00","modified_gmt":"2021-11-14T22:09:00","slug":"front-end-pour-batteries-multi-cellules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/front-end-pour-batteries-multi-cellules\/","title":{"rendered":"Front-end pour batteries multi-cellules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ces circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s assurent un \u00e9quilibrage rapide et flexible des cellules jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 plus de 200 mA, une fonction essentielle pour permettre une recharge rapide et une utilisation intensive dans les grands blocs de batteries avec une tol\u00e9rance de branchement \u00e0 chaud jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 62V.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Andrew Cowell, vice-pr\u00e9sident Mobilit\u00e9 et Power, de la division l&rsquo;Infrastructure et de l&rsquo;IoT chez Renesas.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Le BMS sert de \u00ab\u00a0cerveau\u00a0\u00bb au bloc-batterie, et l&rsquo;adoption croissante de ces BMS dans les onduleurs et les centres de donn\u00e9es fait grimper en fl\u00e8che la demande de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s haute performance capables de prendre en charge des tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et des blocs batteries avec un grand nombre de cellules. Les BFE sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels des BMS, et nous avons construit nos nouveaux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s RAA489206 et RAA489204 avec les performances, la flexibilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration qui permettent, plus que jamais, aux clients de simplifier le processus de conception et de cr\u00e9er des syst\u00e8mes de batterie robustes et rentables pour les march\u00e9s en pleine croissance de la mobilit\u00e9, des onduleurs de secours et du stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour les applications de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 haute tension o\u00f9 un nombre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cellules et des variations de temp\u00e9rature entre les cellules sont plus susceptibles d&rsquo;entra\u00eener des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres entre les cellules, le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.renesas.com\/products\/power-power-management\/battery-management\/battery-front-end-ics\/raa489206-multi-cell-li-ion-battery-manager?utm_campaign=power_battery_raa48920x&amp;utm_source=press_release&amp;utm_medium=press_release&amp;utm_content=raa489206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RAA489206<\/a>&nbsp;fournit une protection aux hautes tensions et une surveillance compl\u00e8tes de la batterie pour les packs de batteries de 4 \u00e0 16 cellules. Le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.renesas.com\/products\/power-power-management\/battery-management\/battery-front-end-ics\/raa489204-multi-cell-daisy-chainable-li-ion-battery-manager?utm_campaign=power_battery_raa48920x&amp;utm_source=press_release&amp;utm_medium=press_release&amp;utm_content=raa489204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RAA489204<\/a>&nbsp;offre un fonctionnement en cha\u00eene am\u00e9lior\u00e9 avec une communication acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e entre les appareils et des diagnostics am\u00e9lior\u00e9s par rapport aux appareils de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. De plus, le RAA489204 offre des options d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage interne les cellules, la prise en charge des tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et d\u2019un plus grand nombre de cellules requis par les onduleurs, les syst\u00e8mes de secours de r\u00e9seaux et d&rsquo;autres syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La haute int\u00e9gration des nouveaux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s simplifie le cycle de conception et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de nomenclature des syst\u00e8mes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les clients. En outre, cela acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le temps de conception et de s\u00e9lection de la nomenclature, qui passe de plusieurs mois \u00e0 quelques semaines.
