Cette \u00e9tude originale a permis de d\u00e9velopper un outil de cyclage de composants de puissance et de diagnostic de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers. \u00ab&nbsp;Des cycles de vieillissement sp\u00e9cifiques des profils photovolta\u00efques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis, que l\u2019on applique sur un \u00e9chantillon de modules IGBT pour une \u00e9tude statistique de 1000 heures, correspondant \u00e0 un fonctionnement r\u00e9el de 5 \u00e0 10 ann\u00e9es,\u00bb explique un chercheur. La tension VCE, qui renseigne sur la temp\u00e9rature que l\u2019on trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du composant, est mesur\u00e9e sans modifier le banc exp\u00e9rimental. Le banc a judicieusement \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9 en opposant les IGBT en test, ce qui permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9nergie de sortie de l\u2019un pour l\u2019injecter dans l\u2019autre. La consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du dispositif est ainsi r\u00e9duite \u00e0 quelques pourcents de la puissance mise en jeu dans l\u2019onduleur r\u00e9el et permet d\u2019\u00e9tudier des dispositifs de grande puissance avec des moyens exp\u00e9rimentaux r\u00e9duits. Aujourd\u2019hui op\u00e9rationnel, ce banc de test permettra de mieux comprendre le vieillissement des composants pour am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 des onduleurs photovolta\u00efques.<\/p>\n<p><a
