La s\u00e9rie S8016xA est la premi\u00e8re gamme de thyristors de commutation SCR capables de g\u00e9rer de tels niveaux de courant dans des bo\u00eetiers TO-220R et TO-263 \u00e0 la fois agr\u00e9\u00e9s AEC-Q101 et capables de supporter le Processus d&rsquo;Homologation des Pi\u00e8ces de Production (PHPP). \u201cLes bo\u00eetiers compacts TO-220R et TO-263 \u00e9quip\u00e9s de thyristors de commutation SCR, s\u00e9rie S8016xA, permettent aux concepteurs de circuits de minimiser la taille de leurs circuits de charge,\u201d indique Koichiro Yoshimoto, responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial pour la gamme de produits Littelfuse. \u201cEn tant que dispositifs agr\u00e9\u00e9s AEC-Q101 capables de supporter le PHPP, ils sont des composants id\u00e9aux pour des applications de charge embarqu\u00e9e EVOBC.\u201d<br \/>\nLes thyristors de commutation SCR, s\u00e9rie S8016xA, pr\u00e9sentent une tension r\u00e9p\u00e9titive maximale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat bloqu\u00e9 (VDRM) de 800V et peuvent g\u00e9rer des entr\u00e9es en provenance du r\u00e9seau CA jusqu\u2019\u00e0 250VRMS.
