Le faible niveau de fuites, de la fr\u00e9quence de l\u2019OL \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence RF, est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 -25dBm, ce qui facilite beaucoup la r\u00e9ponse en filtrage externe. De plus, le m\u00e9langeur pr\u00e9sente une lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 excellente avec&nbsp;un IIP3 de 20,1dBm \u00e0 14GHz, et de 18,3dBm \u00e0 17GHz. Le composant int\u00e8gre un \u00e9tage tampon OL, large bande, n\u00e9cessitant un niveau de commande de seulement 0dBm, ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer le circuit amplificateur externe de l\u2019OL, de forte puissance. En outre, le LTC5552 int\u00e8gre un transformateur balun, large bande, sur le port RF, ce qui permet un fonctionnement asym\u00e9trique, adapt\u00e9 50\u2126, sur sa bande de fr\u00e9quences sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Toutes ces caract\u00e9ristiques conduisent \u00e0 un minimum de composants externes, \u00e0 une conception simplifi\u00e9e et \u00e0 une taille de r\u00e9alisation tr\u00e8s petite.<\/p>\n<p>La tr\u00e8s large bande passante et les performances du LTC5552 conviennent \u00e0 une large gamme d\u2019applications comme les liaisons&nbsp;sans fil large bande 5G, les&nbsp;liaisons hyperfr\u00e9quences, les radios satellitaires larges bande, les syst\u00e8mes radar, les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019antennes actives, les \u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs en bandes X, Ku et Ka, les \u00e9quipements de test, l\u2019analyse de spectre et les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications par satellite.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC5552 est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en un petit bo\u00eetier plastique QFN de 12 broches, 3mm x 2mm. Le produit est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour fonctionner avec une temp\u00e9rature de bo\u00eetier&nbsp;de \u201340\u00b0C \u00e0 105\u00b0C, afin de supporter des temp\u00e9ratures environnementales plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Le m\u00e9langeur fonctionne sur une alimentation unique de 3,3V, consommant un courant d\u2019alimentation typique de 132mA. De plus, le LTC5552 peut \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 via une broche de contr\u00f4le de validation. Lorsqu\u2019il est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9, le circuit consomme un courant de veille maximum de seulement 100\u00b5A.
