Si les affichages num\u00e9riques indiquent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les nombres \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une seule couleur, l&rsquo;utilisation d\u2019une couleur alternative s&rsquo;av\u00e8re de plus en plus n\u00e9cessaire pour faciliter la reconnaissance d&rsquo;anomalies. Cela implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#8217;emploi de deux LED distinctes \u2013 doublant ainsi la surface de montage ainsi que les co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement \u2013 ou d&rsquo;une LED \u00e0 deux couleurs classique, synonyme de taille de bo\u00eetier accrue.<\/p>\n<p>Les technologies et processus de ROHM permettent quant \u00e0 eux d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer 2 puces dans la m\u00eame taille de bo\u00eetier que pour des LED \u00e0 une couleur classiques, rendant possible l&rsquo;\u00e9mission de plusieurs couleurs avec un encombrement r\u00e9duit. L&rsquo;espace sur carte est r\u00e9duit de 35&nbsp;% par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes standard \u00e0 LED 2 couleurs de 1,5 x 1,3mm, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 des affichages plus fins. De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la prise en compte des conditions d&rsquo;utilisation au cours de la refusion, des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la soudure dans le bo\u00eetier en r\u00e9sine et garantir une meilleure fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;offrir une miniaturisation accrue, les LED de la gamme SML-D22MUW tirent parti des technologies de montage PICOLED&nbsp;et de c\u00e2blage par fil pour monter 2&nbsp;puces (rouge et verte) dans un bo\u00eetier compact de 1,6&nbsp;x&nbsp;0,8mm \u2013 la m\u00eame taille que pour des LED \u00e0 une couleur classiques. De plus, la grande proximit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de couleur garantit un excellent m\u00e9lange des couleurs&nbsp;: il est ainsi possible de produire non seulement du rouge et du vert, mais \u00e9galement des couleurs interm\u00e9diaires. L&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un tampon dit \u00ab&nbsp;anti-soudure&nbsp;\u00bb avant le processus de dorure prot\u00e8ge le maillage dor\u00e9 (qui offre une bonne mouillabilit\u00e9). Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;intrusion de soudure dans la r\u00e9sine et donc d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les pannes dues \u00e0 des courts-circuits, pour un niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 accru.
