Les modules enfichables sont construits \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de relais Reed de Pickering Electronics qui offrent des performances et une fiabilit\u00e9 maximales ainsi que des temps d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution tr\u00e8s rapides. La gamme comprend quatre mod\u00e8les enfichables couvrant des matrices allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1, 536&#215;4 par incr\u00e9ments de 128 (mod\u00e8le 65-221), 768&#215;8 par incr\u00e9ments de 64 (mod\u00e8le 65-223), 384&#215;16 par incr\u00e9ments de 32 (mod\u00e8le 65-225) et 192&#215;32 par incr\u00e9ments de 32 (mod\u00e8le 65-227). Les utilisateurs peuvent sp\u00e9cifier autant ou peu de modules enfichables (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 six) requis et peuvent mettre \u00e0 niveau le ch\u00e2ssis pour \u00e9tendre la matrice si n\u00e9cessaire. Une autre caract\u00e9ristique importante est que plus de 1 500 relais peuvent \u00eatre ferm\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment pour des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques dans les tests param\u00e9triques. Ces matrices enfichables offrent \u00e9galement une liste de s\u00e9quence de balayage int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, stock\u00e9e avec&nbsp; capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9clenchement, fournissant aux utilisateurs la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir une s\u00e9rie de s\u00e9quences pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9es sur un instrument LXI. Les s\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9clench\u00e9es par logiciel ou par l&rsquo;un des seize lignes num\u00e9riques logicielles configurables en d\u00e9clencheurs&nbsp; en Collecteur ouverts. Elles disposent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de bus multiples pour des tests parall\u00e8les. La gamme comprend l&rsquo;autotest de relais int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (BIRST) de Pickering et est \u00e9galement support\u00e9 par les outils de test du syst\u00e8me de commutation eBIRST. Ces outils fournissent un moyen rapide et simple de trouver des pannes de relais dans les modules.Outre les tests en semi-conducteurs, des applications peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es dans plusieurs
