Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s InnoSwitch3 sont id\u00e9alement adapt\u00e9s pour les alimentations appliquant des contraintes strictes de consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, d\u2019encombrement ou dissipation thermique, notamment avec l\u2019obligation d\u2019int\u00e9grer les sp\u00e9cifications Total Energy Consumption (TEC).&nbsp;La gamme de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s InnoSwitch3 est optimis\u00e9e en trois s\u00e9ries sp\u00e9cifiques selon les applications :<\/p>\n<p>-CE : Courant externe. Inclut une r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise \u00e0 courant constant\/tension constante avec une mesure externe du courant de sortie pour une flexibilit\u00e9 de conception optimale. Concerne les chargeurs mono-tension, les adaptateurs, l\u2019Internet des objets (IoT) et l\u2019automatisation des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>-CP : Puissance constante. Id\u00e9alement adapt\u00e9e pour les alimentations conformes aux sp\u00e9cifications USB Power Delivery (PD), la charge rapide et les autres applications n\u00e9cessitant une tension de sortie dynamique.<\/p>\n<p>-EP : Alimentation embarqu\u00e9e. S\u00e9rie \u00e9quip\u00e9e des MOSFET aux tensions les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es (725 V) de la gamme, avec une protection totale de la ligne d\u2019alimentation et de la charge, et une excellente r\u00e9gulation crois\u00e9e avec les sorties multiples pour les applications industrielles et les appareils les plus exigeants. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette version toute r\u00e9cente des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de commutateurs Flyback s\u2019appuie sur la technologie innovante de communication num\u00e9rique isol\u00e9e<a href=\"https:\/\/ac-dc.power.com\/products\/innoswitch-family\/?utm_campaign=innoswitch3&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_source=pi&amp;utm_content=pressrelease&amp;utm_term=ac-dc+innoswitch3+multiple+pi+en&amp;AdSource=PRen_Inno3\"> FluxLink<\/a> de Power Integrations, \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019ajoutent le redressement synchrone, la commutation en quasi-r\u00e9sonance et un circuit de mesure et de contr\u00f4le avec contre-r\u00e9action c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire. Les circuits d\u2019alimentation obtenus sont donc extr\u00eamement efficaces, pr\u00e9cis et fiables et ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun optocoupleur. Les composants InnoSwitch3 sont conformes aux sp\u00e9cifications de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 CCC, UL et VDE pour le franchissement de la barri\u00e8re d\u2019isolation, et le bo\u00eetier InSOP-24 offre une solution ultra-plate et avec une excellente dissipation thermique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une extension de 11.5 mm des lignes de fuite et des distances d&rsquo;isolement dans l\u2019air entre primaire et secondaire, pour une fiabilit\u00e9 accrue et une robustesse sup\u00e9rieure en cas de pics de tension et de d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. Les nouveaux composants comportent en outre tout un ensemble de fonctions de protection dans les cas suivants : tensions insuffisantes et surtensions sur lignes sans pertes ; surtensions en sortie ; puissance, intensit\u00e9 et temp\u00e9rature excessives ; court-circuit du redresseur de sortie. Les sous-familles du composant comportent des fonctions de verrouillage ou de reprise automatique, selon les demandes sp\u00e9cifiques des domaines applicatifs concern\u00e9s.
