Les s\u00e9ries RP-xx06S et RxxP06S offrent une tension de sortie de + 6&nbsp;V qui est suffisante pour commuter efficacement les HEMT GaN sans provoquer de claquage di\u00e9lectrique de grille. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, une tension d\u2019isolation CC\/CC s\u00fbre doit repr\u00e9senter au moins le double de la tension de travail, mais la temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les flancs de commutation rapides g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par ces transistors haute puissance causent des contraintes suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la barri\u00e8re d\u2019isolation. Par cons\u00e9quent, le design interne du transformateur de ces convertisseurs utilise un noyau encapsul\u00e9 afin de s\u00e9parer physiquement les enroulements d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie&nbsp;; ceux-ci fournissent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6,4&nbsp;kV&nbsp;CC d\u2019isolation pour que la barri\u00e8re isolante r\u00e9siste m\u00eame aux conditions de fonctionnement tr\u00e8s difficiles. Malgr\u00e9 leur niveau d\u2019isolation \u00e9lev\u00e9, ces convertisseurs restent adapt\u00e9s avec un bo\u00eetier standard SIP7 industriel, ce qui permet de gagner de la place si pr\u00e9cieuse sur le circuit imprim\u00e9. Ces convertisseurs sont disponibles avec des tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 5&nbsp;V, 12&nbsp;V, 15&nbsp;V ou 24&nbsp;V et pr\u00e9sentent une faible capacit\u00e9 d\u2019isolement (&lt;&nbsp;10&nbsp;pF). Ils sont certifi\u00e9s IEC\/EN-60950-1 et enti\u00e8rement conformes aux directives RoHS2 et REACH. Pour certaines utilisations de GaN o\u00f9 le bruit et les transitoires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s au design, RECOM propose \u00e9galement des convertisseurs avec une sortie de +&nbsp;9&nbsp;V qui peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e par le biais d\u2019un circuit \u00e0 diode Zener en +6&nbsp;V et -3&nbsp;V afin de fournir \u00e9galement une tension de grille de commutation n\u00e9gative. Dans le but de garantir la fiabilit\u00e9 et la longue dur\u00e9e de ses produits, RECOM utilise uniquement des composants de marque de haute qualit\u00e9 avec leurs propres designs et peut donc accorder une garantie de trois ans.
