Les composants en plastique tol\u00e9rants aux rayonnements d&rsquo;Intersil comprennent le transceiver CAN (Controller Area Network) ISL71026M 3.3V, l&rsquo;amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et de sortie rail \u00e0 rail (Rail-To-Rail Input And Output, RRIO) ISL71444M 40V \u00e0 quadruple pr\u00e9cision et le r\u00e9gulateur de point de charge (Point-Of-Load, POL) ISL71001M 6A.<\/p>\n<p>Ces IC se distinguent par une excellente tol\u00e9rance aux radiations pour un co\u00fbt bien moindre par rapport aux produits certifi\u00e9s classe V (niveau spatial) pour leur r\u00e9sistance aux radiations.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois composants ISL71xxxM passent tous par des tests de caract\u00e9risation, qui incluent la TID (Total Ionizing Doze) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 krads (Si) pour les effets d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement unique ou SEE (Single Event Effects).
