Le petit bo\u00eetier BGA, 6,25mm x 6,25mm x 2,32mm, du LTM8065 comprend un contr\u00f4leur r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage, des commutateurs de puissance, une inductance et autres composants d\u2019appoint. Avec seulement deux condensateurs de taille de bo\u00eetier 0805 et deux r\u00e9sistances de taille 0603, la mise en \u0153uvre du LTM8065 occupe une surface approximative de 100mm<sup>2<\/sup>, environ la moiti\u00e9 de la taille des solutions de niveau de puissance \u00e9quivalent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTM8065 peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un courant de sortie continu de 2,5A (cr\u00eate de 3,5A), pour une charge de 5V, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 12V, pour une temp\u00e9rature ambiante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 85\u00b0C, sans radiateur ou de flux d\u2019air. La tension de sortie est r\u00e9glable via une r\u00e9sistance, de 0,97V \u00e0 18V. Cette large plage de tension de sortie donne de la souplesse dans l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un composant pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les tensions de bus courantes 3,3V, 5V, 12V et 15V. La fr\u00e9quence de commutation est r\u00e9glable, par une seule r\u00e9sistance externe ou peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e \u00e0 une horloge externe, de 200kHz \u00e0 3MHz. Le LTM8065 fonctionne en quatre modes&nbsp;: Burst Mode, mode par densit\u00e9 variable d\u2019impulsions, mode par densit\u00e9 variable d\u2019impulsions avec \u00e9talement de spectre et mode synchronisation externe. Le courant de repos est de 8\u00b5A en Burst Mode, ce qui le rend appropri\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes fonctionnant sur batterie. La gamme de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement du LTM8065 s\u2019\u00e9tend de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
