Pour la r\u00e9silience du syst\u00e8me, un LTM4645 suppl\u00e9mentaire est ajout\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de sauvegarde dans une configuration 3+1, il en r\u00e9sulte que le courant de quatre LTM4645 est partag\u00e9 pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer 75A si l\u2019un vient \u00e0 faillir. Dans le cas d\u2019un dysfonctionnement d\u2019un r\u00e9gulateur, le composant signale \u00e0 un contr\u00f4leur \u00e0 en fichage \u00e0 chaud, en amont, de se d\u00e9connecter lui-m\u00eame de l\u2019alimentation tandis que les trois r\u00e9gulateurs LTM4645 restants maintiennent un fonctionnement ininterrompu. Les applications profitant de la caract\u00e9ristique de redondance N+1 du LTM4645 comprennent les centres de donn\u00e9es, l\u2019a\u00e9rospatiale, les transactions bancaires et les syst\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au \u00ab&nbsp;cloud&nbsp;\u00bb dans lesquels l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me sont les premi\u00e8res priorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le LTM4645 fonctionne sur une alimentation d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 4,7V \u00e0 15V et r\u00e9gule une tension de sortie r\u00e9glable de 0,6V \u00e0 1,8V. Le fonctionnement en mode abaisseur synchrone g\u00e9n\u00e8re 25A \u00e0 1V, \u00e0 partir de 12V en entr\u00e9e, avec un rendement de 86%, une perte de puissance de 3,5W et une augmentation de temp\u00e9rature de 41\u00b0C (sans flux d\u2019air, sans radiateur). Le composant est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier BGA, 9mm x 15mm x 3,51mm, et comprend l\u2019inductance, les MOSFET et le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 r\u00e9gulateur DC\/DC. Avec un amplificateur diff\u00e9rentiel \u00e0 capteur d\u00e9port\u00e9 pour compenser la perte de tension dans la r\u00e9sistance des pistes de PCB et les param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques test\u00e9s de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C, la pr\u00e9cision totale de la tension continue est garantie \u00e0 \u00b11,2%. Le LTM4645 poss\u00e8de plusieurs fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme la protection contre les surtensions, la protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s, et une diode de gestion de la temp\u00e9rature de la carte. Le retard de propagation \u00e0 partir de la d\u00e9faillance du composant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat de celui-ci est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 200ns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTM4645 est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner sur une plage de temp\u00e9ratures de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6 composants peuvent partager leur courant pour obtenir un courant de charge de 150A.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
