Le LT8650S satisfait aux limites cr\u00eates des EMI de la norme CISPR 25 Classe 5 de l\u2019automobile, pour une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 2MHz, sur toute la plage de charge. La modulation de fr\u00e9quence par \u00e9talement de spectre est \u00e9galement disponible pour abaisser davantage les niveaux d\u2019EMI.<\/p>\n<p>Le redressement synchrone du LT8650S permet d\u2019obtenir un rendement aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 que 94%, \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 2MHz. Sa plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e, de 3,0V \u00e0 42V, est appropri\u00e9e aux applications de l&rsquo;automobile et de l\u2019industrie. Le bo\u00eetier LQFN de 32 broches, 4mm x 6mm, du LT8650S, et la fr\u00e9quence de commutation \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui permet l\u2019emploi de condensateurs et d\u2019inductances externes de petite taille, conduisent \u00e0 une empreinte compacte, de bon rendement thermique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LT8650S utilise des commutateurs de puissance, haut et bas, internes, de rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, avec les diodes \u00e9l\u00e9vatrices, l\u2019oscillateur, les circuits de contr\u00f4le et de logique, n\u00e9cessaires, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur une seule puce. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode, \u00e0 faible niveau d\u2019ondulation, maintient un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour de faibles courants de sortie, tout en maintenant l\u2019ondulation de sortie en dessous de 10mV<sub>cr\u00eate\u00e0cr\u00eate .&nbsp; <\/sub>Pour les applications qui requi\u00e8rent une r\u00e9ponse tr\u00e8s rapide aux signaux transitoires ou le partage du courant de deux canaux, les broches externes VC sont disponibles. Pour un fonctionnement \u00e0 niveau de bruit le plus bas possible, le LT8650S peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9 pour fonctionner en mode continu forc\u00e9 sur toute la plage de la charge avec modulation de fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 \u00e9talement de spectre. Sa fr\u00e9quence de commutation est programmable et peut \u00eatre synchronis\u00e9e de 300kHz \u00e0 3MHz. Des techniques de conception sp\u00e9ciales et un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rapide permettent un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une large plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e, et l\u2019architecture en mode courant du LT8650S&nbsp;permet une r\u00e9ponse rapide aux signaux transitoires et une excellente stabilit\u00e9 de la boucle de r\u00e9gulation.
