Les mod\u00e8les TEQ 300WIR sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de filtres internes pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences rigoureuses relatives aux interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques. Les contraintes prises en compte concernant l\u2019immunit\u00e9 aux champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, l\u2019immunit\u00e9 aux transitoires \u00e9lectriques rapides en salves et l\u2019immunit\u00e9 aux surtensions correspondent au niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00ab\u00e9quipement de mat\u00e9riel roulant ferroviaire\u00bb, satisfaisant aux crit\u00e8res de performance A (fonctionnement continu dans les limites sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es sur la fiche technique).<\/p>\n<p>Ces convertisseurs sont \u00e9galement con\u00e7us et homologu\u00e9s pour offrir la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs et aux vibrations requis pour l\u2019\u00e9quipement de mat\u00e9riel roulant stipul\u00e9e dans la norme EN 61373. Des brides solides permettent une fixation simple, mais renforc\u00e9e. Les modules sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de bornes \u00e0 ressorts r\u00e9sistantes aux vibrations permettant un solide raccordement \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9quip\u00e9s de composants hautement efficaces et de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, ils fonctionnent en toute fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes entre -40\u00b0C et +80\u00b0C. Ils passent des essais altern\u00e9s de chaleur humide et de chaleur s\u00e8che sans subir de dommages physiques. De plus, les produits satisfont au comportement au feu de composants selon EN 45545-2.<\/p>\n<p>Les mod\u00e8les TEQ 300WIR offrent une isolation renforc\u00e9e des E\/S pour une tension d\u2019isolation de 3000&nbsp;VAC (tension d\u2019essai, 1 min). Ils sont disponibles pour des tensions de sortie de 12, 15, 24, 28 et 48&nbsp;VDC adaptables de \u00b1&nbsp;20&nbsp;%. Les caract\u00e9ristiques de sortie sont \u00abtension constante\/courant constant\u00bb (UC\/CC), ce qui signifie que la tension de sortie reste stable jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un courant de charge d\u2019environ 110% du courant nominal. \u00c0 partir de ce point, la tension diminue alors que le courant reste stable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette caract\u00e9ristique est utile pour le d\u00e9marrage de moteurs, la charge de batteries plomb-acide ou le for\u00e7age de l\u2019\u00e9tat haut de condensateurs de capacit\u00e9 illimit\u00e9e. La protection contre la surchauffe, la surcharge, les courts-circuits, les inversions d\u2019entr\u00e9es, la surtension et la sous-tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e constituent une caract\u00e9ristique de plus rendant les convertisseurs Traco Power tr\u00e8s fiables et assurant leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Des entr\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9faut de ligne sont disponibles pour compenser les chutes de tension sur de longs c\u00e2bles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la source de la charge et le convertisseur dispose d\u2019une fonction de r\u00e9partition de charge pour l\u2019exploitation parall\u00e8le de jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois unit\u00e9s pour un fonctionnement en redondance absolue.
