Les s\u00e9quenceurs d&rsquo;alimentation durcis aux radiations propos\u00e9s par Intersil garantissent une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec surveillance des pannes pour optimiser le fonctionnement et la performance du syst\u00e8me. Ce sont les premiers s\u00e9quenceurs spatiaux de l&rsquo;industrie \u00e0 \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des tests d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation des Single Event Effects (SEE) et \u00e0 des tests complets de r\u00e9sistance aux radiations.<\/p>\n<p>Le s\u00e9quenceur ISL70321SEH est test\u00e9 \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit de dose de 100 krad (Si) et \u00e0 faible d\u00e9bit de dose de 75 krad (Si), alors que l&rsquo;ISL73321SEH est garanti \u00eatre test\u00e9 \u00e0 faible d\u00e9bit de dose de 75 krad (Si). Les deux s\u00e9quenceurs suivent une m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9cise et \u00e9volutive pour r\u00e9aliser la mise sous tension et la mise hors tension de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e des convertisseurs DC \/ DC essentiels \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation des FPGA, des DSP, des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de communication RF et des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation distribu\u00e9s \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9. Ils simplifient la conception en utilisant un minimum de composants externes, ne n\u00e9cessitant que deux r\u00e9sistances par alimentation pour la surveillance de la tension, et une seule r\u00e9sistance pour programmer les temps de mont\u00e9e et de descente.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9quenceurs hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s offrent des fonctions de fiabilit\u00e9 critiques et r\u00e9duisent le co\u00fbt de nomenclature en rempla\u00e7ant les solutions h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes qui utilisent plusieurs comparateurs, r\u00e9sistances et condensateurs. Pour garantir une surveillance pr\u00e9cise et un fonctionnement fiable du syst\u00e8me, l&rsquo;ISL70321SEH et l&rsquo;ISL73321SEH int\u00e8grent des comparateurs d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de pr\u00e9cision avec une tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 600mV \u00b1 1,5% pour assurer une pr\u00e9cision optimale. Les deux composants surveillent activement sept conditions de panne diff\u00e9rentes pour fournir une d\u00e9tection compl\u00e8te des d\u00e9faillances, et un indicateur DONE donne des informations sur le syst\u00e8me indiquant que la mise sous tension et la mise hors tension ont r\u00e9ussi.<\/p>\n<p><a
