Cette nouvelle technologie permet une conversion de tension \u00e0 un seul \u00e9tage dans les syst\u00e8mes 48 V tels que ceux utilis\u00e9s dans les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 niveau d\u2019hybridation dits \u00ab mild hybrid \u00bb. Le nombre de composants est ainsi divis\u00e9 par deux. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 2 MHz, l\u2019encombrement est r\u00e9duit et la conception des syst\u00e8mes est simplifi\u00e9e. Ce convertisseur de tension BD9V100MUF-C, de seulement 4,0 mm x 4,0 mm x 1,0 mm (l X P x H), se caract\u00e9rise par une plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 16 V \u00e0 60 V, des tensions de sortie de 0,8 V \u00e0 5,5 V avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b12 % et une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 1,9 \u00e0 2,3 MHz. Le courant de sortie maximal est de 1 A. La plage de temp\u00e9rature de service s\u2019\u00e9tend de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
