Les micro-pions \u00e9liminent de nombreux co\u00fbts et probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de vis, et sont dot\u00e9s de caract\u00e9ristiques offrant des performances fiables et efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Les micro-pions TackSert offrent de nombreux avantages par rapport aux vis, car ils \u00e9vitent les trous taraud\u00e9s ou inserts (et permettent donc de se passer de filets) ainsi que tout travail suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u00fb \u00e0 des d\u00e9t\u00e9riorations de filets ou \u00e0 une \u00e9jection des embouts de tournevis (cam-out). Les m\u00e9thodes de blocage par patch, visant \u00e0 emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9vissage des vis en fonctionnement, ne sont pas utiles avec les micro-pions TackSert.<\/p>\n<p>Les micro-pions sont, entre autres, dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un embout chanfrein\u00e9, qui facilite la mise en place pendant l&rsquo;installation, d&rsquo;une t\u00eate de brochage nervur\u00e9e en diagonale (au lieu de filets), sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour un ajustement serr\u00e9 au montage, r\u00e9duisant les probl\u00e8mes de tol\u00e9rance du trou d&rsquo;installation, et d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisseur de t\u00eate r\u00e9duite pour minimiser les protub\u00e9rances sur le panneau sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>La famille de fixations TackSert comprend les micro-pions TK4 (en acier inoxydable de s\u00e9rie 400) destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre broch\u00e9s dans des moulages, mat\u00e9riaux friables, cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s et plastiques, et les micro-pions TKA en aluminium, con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre broch\u00e9s sur les cartes \u00e9lectroniques et les mat\u00e9riaux plastiques. Ces fixations sont disponibles dans diff\u00e9rentes longueurs pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseurs de panneaux. L&rsquo;installation s&rsquo;effectue \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une presse, sans chauffage ou ultrasons, simplement en per\u00e7ant au pr\u00e9alable les trous de montage aux bonnes dimensions, puis en pla\u00e7ant le pion dans le trou de la t\u00f4le sup\u00e9rieure et dans le trou traversant ou borgne du panneau de fond, et en appliquant ensuite la force de pression suffisante \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un poin\u00e7on et d&rsquo;une enclume, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la t\u00eate du pion entre en contact avec la t\u00f4le. Les micro-pions peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re automatique en cas de production en grand volume.<\/p>\n<p><a
