Nous pourrons ainsi r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la forte demande du march\u00e9 et continuer \u00e0 renforcer notre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<br \/>\nLa DDR4 10&nbsp;nm de 8&nbsp;Gb de 2e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Samsung offre un gain de productivit\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 30&nbsp;% par rapport \u00e0 la DDR4 10&nbsp;nm de 8&nbsp;Gb de 1e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. En outre, les niveaux de performance et d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la nouvelle DDR4 de 8&nbsp;Gb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respectivement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s d&rsquo;environ 10 et 15&nbsp;%, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une technologie de conception de circuit avanc\u00e9e et exclusive. La nouvelle DDR4 8&nbsp;Gb peut tourner \u00e0 3&nbsp;600 m\u00e9gabits par seconde par broche, comparativement aux 3&nbsp;200&nbsp;Mbit\/s de la DDR4 8&nbsp;Gb 1x-nm de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nPour obtenir ces r\u00e9sultats, Samsung a appliqu\u00e9 de nouvelles technologies, sans utiliser la lithographie EUV. L&rsquo;innovation permet l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de donn\u00e9es de cellule \u00e0 haute sensibilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me progressif \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 espace d&rsquo;air&nbsp;\u00bb.<br \/>\nDans les cellules de la DRAM de classe 10&nbsp;nm de 2e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Samsung, un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de donn\u00e9es innovant d\u00e9termine avec plus de pr\u00e9cision les donn\u00e9es stock\u00e9es dans chaque cellule, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des circuits et la productivit\u00e9 de la fabrication.<br \/>\nLa nouvelle DRAM de classe 10&nbsp;nm utilise \u00e9galement un espace d&rsquo;air exclusif plac\u00e9 autour de ses lignes de bits pour r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 parasite. Cet espace d&rsquo;air permet non seulement un niveau de miniaturisation plus pouss\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement un fonctionnement rapide des cellules.
