{"id":133070,"date":"2018-01-19T02:31:44","date_gmt":"2018-01-19T02:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/regulateur-faible-consommation\/"},"modified":"2018-01-19T02:31:44","modified_gmt":"2018-01-19T02:31:44","slug":"regulateur-faible-consommation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/regulateur-faible-consommation\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9gulateur faible consommation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les concepteurs d\u2019\u00e9lectronique se d\u00e9battent souvent avec la question quel LDO s\u00e9lectionner pour le circuit&nbsp;; une option est un LDO \u00e0 faible consommation, mais les performances telles que le \u00ab&nbsp;ripple rejection&nbsp;\u00bb et la vitesse de r\u00e9ponse transitoire ne sont pas impressionnants pour ces produits. Une autre option est le LDO haute performance, mais ceux-ci ont un niveau de consommation de courant interne \u00e9lev\u00e9, m\u00eame lorsque le courant de sortie appel\u00e9 est faible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le RP122 est dot\u00e9 des deux types de LDO et offre un \u00ab&nbsp;ripple rejection&nbsp;\u00bb impressionnant de 90 dB, une vitesse de r\u00e9ponse transitoire \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une consommation de courant de seulement 9,5 \u00b5A sans charge de sortie. De plus, il a un niveau de bruit tr\u00e8s bas au niveau de la tension de sortie, soit seulement 8&nbsp;\u00b5Vrms. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques sont particuli\u00e8rement avantageuses pour des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques fonctionnant sur batterie et ayant des circuits sensibles au bruit, tels que des smartphones, des tablettes, des appareils photos num\u00e9riques, des modules RF et les convertisseurs AN et NA. Le RP122 contribue \u00e0 diminuer le courant d\u2019alimentation total du p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique et augmente la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie. De plus, il supprime le besoin de passer d\u2019un mode de fonctionnement \u00e0 l\u2019autre puisque le LDO s\u2019adapte de mani\u00e8re fluide au besoin de courant de sortie.<\/p>\n<p>Il int\u00e8gre un certain nombre de circuits de protection, un circuit de limitation de courant repli\u00e9 abaisse le courant de sortie \u00e0 environ 70&nbsp;mA dans le cas d\u2019un court-circuit, prot\u00e9geant ainsi le LDO et les autres pi\u00e8ces \u00e9lectroniques de l\u2019application contre les dommages. La protection thermique coupe le LDO lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de jonction d\u00e9passe les 165&nbsp;\u00b0C. Un circuit de limitation du courant d\u2019appel \u00e9vite toute sur-oscillation et sous-oscillation pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u00e9marrage. La dur\u00e9e d\u2019appel de courant est fix\u00e9e en interne \u00e0 un maximum d\u2019environ 700 \u00b5s.<\/p>\n<p>Le RP122 dispose d\u2019une fonction de d\u00e9chargement automatique optionnelle. Cette fonction d\u00e9charge rapidement le condensateur de sortie une fois la puce mise en mode veille. Pour un fonctionnement stable, il est possible d\u2019utiliser de petits condensateurs en c\u00e9ramique ayant une faible valeur ESR et un minimum de 1,0&nbsp;\u00b5F.
