Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les phares adaptatifs les plus r\u00e9pandus utilisent une matrice de diodes LED qui fonctionne \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de puces \u00e9lectroniques contr\u00f4l\u00e9es individuellement pour chaque zone \u00e9clair\u00e9e. Ils fonctionnent \u00e0 pleine consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et \u00ab&nbsp;masquent&nbsp;\u00bb simplement les LED qui ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fonction m\u00e9canique. La tendance actuelle est aux puces LED dot\u00e9es de pixels microstructur\u00e9s, qui peuvent briller ou \u00eatre \u00e9teints individuellement. La haute d\u00e9finition, qui passe de 84 \u00e0 plus de 1&nbsp;000 pixels, d\u00e9livre un faisceau d\u2019\u00e9clairage fluide et dynamique. L&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la technologie LED multipixel a initi\u00e9 un pas de g\u00e9ant dans le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage intelligents, qui ont les applications les plus viables dans l\u2019industrie automobile.<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9veloppement de la premi\u00e8re LED hybride au monde, bas\u00e9e sur les conclusions du projet FMER relatif aux LED microAFS men\u00e9 par Osram Opto Semiconductors, permet d&rsquo;obtenir une bonne r\u00e9solution et un contr\u00f4le assez pr\u00e9cis pour produire des phares intelligents et adaptatifs, \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, \u00e9volutifs et compacts (1&nbsp;024 pixels sur une zone de seulement 4&nbsp;mm sur 4&nbsp;mm). Dans le cadre du projet de recherche microAFS, un groupe d&rsquo;entreprises allemandes a travaill\u00e9 pendant trois ans et demi, jusqu&rsquo;au septembre 2016, sur les fondations d&rsquo;une nouvelle classe de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage avant adaptatifs, permettant d&rsquo;obtenir plusieurs milliers de segments lumineux \u00e0 partir de projecteurs LED \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\u00ab&nbsp;Osram Opto Semiconductors fa\u00e7onne continuellement l&rsquo;avenir de la lumi\u00e8re jour apr\u00e8s jour et nuit apr\u00e8s nuit. Avec la premi\u00e8re LED multipixel commercialement viable, destin\u00e9e aux phares intelligents des v\u00e9hicules automobiles, nous esp\u00e9rons contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les performances en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, rendre la conduite plus agr\u00e9able et permettre aux conducteurs d\u2019exercer un contr\u00f4le accru&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9clare&nbsp;Stefan Groetsch, expert principal en applications chez Osram Opto Semiconductors.<br \/>\nEviyos est le premier prototype d&rsquo;une LED hybride qui combine une puce \u00e0 matrice de diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes et un circuit en silicium de contr\u00f4le individuel des pixels. Dans le cas d&rsquo;Eviyos, plusieurs milliers de diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes, d&rsquo;une taille de seulement 0,125&nbsp;mm \u00d7 0,125&nbsp;mm chacune, adaptent leur luminosit\u00e9 et leur consommation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une unit\u00e9 de commande \u00e9lectronique combinant diverses informations transmises par capteurs et cam\u00e9ra. La cam\u00e9ra est \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019\u0153il&nbsp;\u00bb du syst\u00e8me et capte les informations sur l&rsquo;environnement, puis les transmet au contr\u00f4leur. Celui-ci traite les informations des images et transmet num\u00e9riquement aux pixels un sch\u00e9ma adapt\u00e9 de distribution de la lumi\u00e8re.
