Disponible en un bo\u00eetier DFN-10, 2mm x 3mm, le LTC7106 peut \u00eatre une solution simple et petite pour une large gamme de r\u00e9gulateurs de tension DC\/DC en discret et modulaires.<\/p>\n<p>Son circuit interne de r\u00e9initialisation \u00e0 la mise en marche maintient le courant de sortie du CNA \u00e0 la valeur z\u00e9ro jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un signal valide. Les autres caract\u00e9ristiques comprennent une suite de bits pour une faciliter l\u2019interface avec la plupart des imp\u00e9dances des diviseurs r\u00e9sistifs, et une sortie \u00e0 drain ouvert pour contr\u00f4ler la broche RUN ou ENABLE du r\u00e9gulateur. Afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher des variations soudaines du courant de sortie du CNA et par cons\u00e9quent&nbsp;de la tension de sortie du r\u00e9gulateur, la vitesse de balayage peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e num\u00e9riquement en interne, de 500ns\/pas \u00e0 3.5ms\/pas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le LTC7106 fonctionne sur une plage de la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e, de 2.5V \u00e0 5.5V, et utilise l\u2019outil de d\u00e9veloppement LTpowerPlay, facile d\u2019utilisation, avec interface utilisateur graphique (GUI). Les caract\u00e9ristiques suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent une pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 \u00b11% du courant de sortie sur la plage de temp\u00e9rature, une plage \u00e9tendue du courant de sortie du CNA de \u00b116\u00b5A \u00e0 \u00b1256\u00b5A, une large plage de la tension de fonctionnement du CNA de 0.4V \u00e0 2V, et un seuil pr\u00e9cis de validation pour la commande d\u2019un arr\u00eat externe en cas de sous-tension.
