Ils offrent \u00e9galement diverses fonctions de protection, y compris une coupure thermique, une protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s, et la suppression des courants d&rsquo;appel.<\/p>\n<p>Conditionn\u00e9s dans un petit bo\u00eetier WCSP4F leader du march\u00e9, de seulement 0.645&nbsp;x&nbsp;0.645&nbsp;mm pour une \u00e9paisseur maximale de seulement 0.33&nbsp;mm, la s\u00e9rie TCR3UG permet de r\u00e9duire la taille et surtout l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des appareils mobiles, ce qui est essentiel pour certaines applications comme les cartes \u00e0 puce.<\/p>\n<p>Ces dispositifs acceptent une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e comprise entre 1,5V et 5,5V continu, et pr\u00e9sentent un courant de repos de seulement 340&nbsp;nA. Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 ce courant de repos ultra-faible, ils offrent un excellent taux de rejet d&rsquo;ondulations de 70&nbsp;dB, et une r\u00e9ponse transitoire \u00e0 la charge de \u00b1&nbsp;60&nbsp;mV.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouveaux r\u00e9gulateurs LDO sont bien adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation d\u2019applications n\u00e9cessitant une bonne autonomie sur batterie, ainsi qu\u2019aux applications sensibles au bruit ou aux fluctuations de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation. La s\u00e9rie TCR3UG est disponible en 31&nbsp;tensions de sortie, allant de 0,8V \u00e0 5,0V.
