Le nouveau ZL9024M fonctionne lui sur un rail de 3.3V et d\u00e9livre un courant max de 33A dans une empreinte 17mm x 19mm\u00b2. Ils d\u00e9livrent des conversions de point de charge pour les FPGAs avanc\u00e9s, DSPs, ASICs et m\u00e9moires, utilis\u00e9s dans les serveurs, les applications de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication, de transmission de donn\u00e9es, de r\u00e9seaux optiques et les \u00e9quipements de stockage. Ces deux composants sont faciles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre : ce sont des alimentations qui incluent un contr\u00f4leur configurable via le protocole PMBus, des MOSFETs, une inductance et des composants passifs encapsul\u00e9s dans un module qui contribue \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019espace disponible sur la carte et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules de puissance contr\u00f4l\u00e9s num\u00e9riquement ISL8274M et ZL9024M exploitent l\u2019architecture de contr\u00f4le ChargeMode brevet\u00e9 par Renesas, qui fournit les rendements les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec plus de 90% sur la plupart des topologies. Les modules de puissance fournissent \u00e9galement une r\u00e9ponse transitoire rapide en un seul cycle d\u2019horloge \u00e0 des changements du courant de charge de sortie, qui sont communs dans les FPGAs et DSPs qui connaissent des traitements par pics. Leur conception sans compensation garde les modules stables en d\u00e9pit des changements de la capacit\u00e9 de sortie dus \u00e0 des variations de temp\u00e9rature ou au vieillissement. L\u2019\u00e9limination du besoin d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de compensation externe \u00e0 base de composants discrets permet aussi d\u2019\u00e9conomiser de l\u2019espace sur la carte ainsi que sur des co\u00fbts additionnels. L\u2019ISL8274M supporte des tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 4.5V \u00e0 14V, tandis que le ZL9024M permet des tensions d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 2.75V \u00e0 4V.
